Carmen Lopez has been a proud surgical assistant for 43 years, she has had the privilege to be working with Dr. Lindsay her whole career. Her credentials include certified dental assistant, and manages Dr. Lindsay's dental study club. She loves working with her patients and gets great satisfaction of making a difference in their lives.
The gum tissue is opened to expose the bone area where the implant will be placed. In situations where there is insufficient bone structure, bone grafting may be a recommended procedure. Once healthy bone has been established, a special drill is used to prepare the bone to receive the implant. After the bone has been prepared, the implant is placed and the tissue is sutured.
Extractions are generally classified as either non-surgical (also known as "simple") or surgical (involving cutting through the gums and tooth). A simple procedure can quickly become a surgical procedure if the tooth fractures or refuses to loosen under pressure. We perform these procedures only after making the extraction site(s) profoundly numb.
As you move the floss down into the space between two teeth, slide it up and down against the surface of one tooth. Gently clean at the gum line as well. In-office teeth whitening works by producing a significant color change in your teeth in a short amount of time, usually within an hour. The procedure is done at the dentist's office, by applying a high-concentration peroxide gel on the teeth after they have been protected with a special shield.

I recently had a big procedure done by the new Periodontist here, Dr. Dan Noorthoek, and my experience was amazing from start to finish!!! First off, I have so much anxiety about going to the dentist that I get nauseous, but Dr. Dan and his tech made me feel so comfortable and shared with me what to expect at every turn. Dr. Dan and Dina both have a great way about them and are so easy to talk to! Moreover, even though I had an extensive procedure, I never felt a thing and didn’t afterward either! It was incredible. Not only that, my new teeth look absolutely amazing. I’m giddy I’m so happy

I had to have a tooth extracted and an implant inserted. Dr Lindsay and his staff were terrific. I experienced no pain during or after. They talked to me and explained every step and made me a semi permanent crown that I do not have to remove and looks amazing.
I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with Dr Lindsay and his staff.

One of the things about getting older is that you get to experience many new things. I have had the good fortune to need 4 oral surgeries over the past couple of years. They have included periodontal gum surgery, bone grafting and recently I needed to have a wisdom tooth extracted.
Dr. Lindsay did them all. Extremely competent, and efficient. All of the surgeries were done with very little discomfort and healed quickly.
The staff is excellent as well. Personable and friendly as well as highly competent. My wife and I are equally happy with the hygienist.

Dr Lindsay and his team are wonderful! I have had to have significant work done due to an accident. Dr Lindsay has been very patient and thorough, giving me options for the best outcome! The office staff is always happy and friendly. Dr Lindsey is a warm and highly skilled periodontist who has performed complex implant surgery for me more than once and each occasion has produced excellent pain free results-I can not recommend him more highly.Further,his staff/especially Linda and Connie are wonderful,and his dental hygienists like Crystal are also outstanding.In my opinion having lived and worked in Boca Raton for 40 years,Dr Lindsey is the premier periodontist in our area.

What an awful experience. Don't believe a word this man says. Thank goodness I got a second opinion. He tried to convince me that a front tooth needed an implant and couldn't be saved. He sent me to his buddy orthodontist Matza for my x-rays and molds-why I don't know. These two men robbed me of almost $800 dollars running tests.
In the end I found a reputable doctor. Turns out all I needed was a new crown the tooth and root were healthy and fine. Don't use this doctor.
