Services
Learning specialized techniques, new methods, and meet kindred spirits during our art workshops. Through a series of carefully crafted classes, tap into mindful yoga flow or dance class before expressing your inner artist in the studio. One-on-one classes or group classes are available for any of the yog-art or art workshops offered.
Each student will have the choice between fabric art, paint, drawing, block art, jelly art, etc. 2. Private classes and/or private groups for Adults and children of the same household will be available for booking. 4. Prior to entering the studio, we will take each person's temperature with a no contact infrared thermometer.

Absolutely adore this find! For a community focused and open space. This is it. I read a few reviews that said “small” but I’m not into 70 people jammed in a room. I took a class called Hips Don’t Lie with Lotus, she is a beautiful soul. This class was so freaking FUN and challenging. If you love to move your body and have ever wanted to feel the movement of dance and yoga together? This is the space to go. Laughter and connection included with mind, body & breath. Connect to your feminine and move those hips. And no I’m not a dancer, I’m very much a sticky hips mover. But this made

It is a very peaceful and inspiring place. This studio is small in size but big in character. There's beautiful art all around. We signed up for the kids yoga flow class online and came on our scheduled date. They have options for different age groups.
The class was fantastic! My kid really loved it. It is a really nurturing environment and the staff is extremely friendly.
The kids yoga class was simple yet fun and energetic. They did many yoga poses and incorporated songs, dance, and games. The calming portion at the end was very peaceful and it was magical to watch all the little kids
