I just love living here. The apartment is spacious, private and for the most part (given the size of the community) pretty quiet too. The landscaping is just beautiful all year and the grounds are kept clean and free of trash. Maintenance promptly fixes any repairs in the unit. The only issue I noticed was in 2020 it was a really bad year for snow and ice, plus there really isn't much space to push the snow and many tenants' cars were dammed into their parking spots for days. It's probably just a once in a decade issue though.

The apartments are lovely, maintenance is wonderful, but office staff has changed so many times that it seems that crucial information has been lost or never filed to begin with. I talked to someone six months ago about submitting a change in lease and now we are being told that it never happened. I lived here for almost 2 years time and loved it at first but since leaving helping my former roommate get things settled has been extremely frustrating.

My son and I are very pleased with the Millstream Village staff. They went the extra mile to help us move into a safe and secure apartment on short notice. Sheena, Sarah, Brittany, and Renoe, sorry if I missed the spelling, all navigated us through the administrative process, got my son's apartment ready on time, and helped us with moving our furniture. We highly recommend Millstream Village.
