Heather helped my wife and I update our existing trust, and was a complete pleasure to work with. Her process was thorough but efficient, and she helped walk us through all the choices and explained the roles of the various documents she prepared. Setting up my trust with Heather was such a great experience, it felt like sitting down with a close friend! Heather was very accommodating and flexible with scheduling a meeting time that fit my busy work schedule. She had everything prepared and ready to go for me, was extremely knowledgeable and made it all very easy to understand. My mother and I both worked with Heather on our estate planning. Heather was kind, supportive and empathetic. She was responsive to all of our questions and concerns. While this process isn't always the most pleasant, Heather made it as smooth as possible. I recommend Heather's services to anyone who is interested in them.
