Pittsburg Performing Arts Academy is dedicated to providing professional training in a positive and creative environment. Our instructors strive to provide the art of dance and music in a structured, safe, and inspiring environment. We hope that all of our students will build self-esteem, self-discipline, and self-awareness.
Services
Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. Monthly tuition remains the same whether it is a long (5-week) or short (3-week) month and regardless of absences, vacations, or holidays. There are no make-up classes for holidays, as they are built into the cost of tuition. Tuition is only accepted through our Auto-pay program.
At PPAA, we strongly encourage all dancers to attend their classes consistently, in order to maintain and develop their dance technique. A dancer may be eligible for a makeup only if an absence is reported to the front office (by email or phone call) before a missed class has begun. Upon notifying the front desk, the dancer will be given a specific day and time to take their makeup class.

Sharon and her team do a wonderful job. They offer an array of dance and music options. The prices are reasonable. They communicate really well with us parents. They've accommodated special requests and my kid loves the teachers. I especially appreciate how careful they've been during the pandemic; us high-risk people need all the help we can get staying safe!! Highly recommend supporting this homegrown business!

My daughter has been taking dance lessons in ballet, lyrical/jazz, and hip hop here for about 2 years now. Every instructor she's had has brought out the best in her and has inspired her to do more in dance. The lessons she's learned here go way beyond how to plié or jeté. With the help of the instructors here, she's learned to come out of her shell, to work with a team, and to perform.
