I highly recommend All American. The owner, Ray, and his staff are very knowledgeable and they take the time to fully understand your needs to ensure that you are getting what you need and that you know how to use it.

The folks at American Medical Supply were great! I was having a tough time finding a place that could provide me with the hip brace I needed and have me fitted for it on very short notice. Not only did they have the brace but they offered to wait for me past closing so I could get fitted properly. And if that’s not enough, they worked with me on the price, understanding that this was an expensive out of network cost for me, and they came in several hundred dollars below their competitors. ALL American Medical Supply was absolutely awesome in handling my recent health care orders. My Dr. Ordered a tens unit for reoccurring back and neck spasms. From the very first phone call by me inquiring about the tens units it was nothing short of amazing. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable in their equipment. Paperwork was done and handled by All American!! Whether you have insurance they will do all the paperwork or if not merchandise seemed fairly priced. Ray was awesome I needed the pads for every month and Ray did all the leg work told me exactly what rx to get from my dr.and mailed

I telephoned first to make sure they had the item I needed and spoke to Maryanne who was very helpful and kind. When I arrived, I was helped by Michael who gave me options for my brace, fitted me with both to see what I preferred and explained the insurance process to me. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and he answered all of my questions. The process was very organized and efficient and they seem to have a lot of stock available. I recommend them highly.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Often when you find yourself needing medical devices, you are not having your best day. The staff here we're kind, easy to work with and compassionate. Not only did they put together the device I needed, they took care of all the packaging and tossed it for me. I know it sounds like a small thing, but not having to find the right screw driver and assembling the thing at home by myself almost made me cry.

Went to All American medical supply on Merrick Rd looking for a knee brace for my daughter. There we encountered Michael who was very helpful in assessing my daughter and getting her the help she needed. Also liked the fact he had such a nice attitude and made us laugh. I emailed customer service regarding the Aspen Active P-TLSO after hours at like 2 am EST and had a text message from them when I looked at my phone at like 10 am EST. The representative asked me questions about what product I had, what I was using it for, etc, and answered all my questions right away in addition to providing me with a video with information about my specific product. I was concerned that this particular brace wouldn't be good for heavy lifting and other tasks at my husband's new job and the rep went into detail what this particular brace supports and made me feel much more comfortable

My dad needed a new back brace. Rhiannon was very helpful, to the point that she walked him back to the car because he had talked about having some balance issues lately. Not only did my dad get the back brace he needed he got taken care of but I really wonderful person. We'll definitely go back here again.

I highly recommend All American Medical Supply for any supplies you may need. Ray and team did a fantastic job at expediting a hospital bed for my Mom. They made switching the old bed and setting up the new one very easy with my working nights as an RN. I will definitely switch from Amazon and buy local from here on in.
