March 23, COVID-19 patients were flooding to hospitals, our doctors and nurses were so short of PPE (shields and protection gowns), I ordered 5 boxes of shields for donating to MtSinai Brooklyn hospital from online, worrying my order maybe out of stock, I called Sidra, told him -- "doctors and nurses really need shields, can he help to find some?" He found last case in his shop, waved my order, donated by himself . One day later, I called him again, to look for gowns for doctors who working in Nassau Medical Center, he refused to take my credit card, he donated his last case of gowns to doctors

Ordered and item listed as in stock only to have my order cancelled later as out of stock item. Waste of time. Website still lists item as in stock. Sidra Medical Supply needs to get their act together.

There customer service and support is very good. My orders are reached before my expected time. Specially one of shipment was not available and out of stock by other sellers but they contacted me and arranged a new delivery.

This order was placed on May 9, 2018. I received an opened box of tongue depressors that were NOT STERILE as was indicated on my order. When I called to report this the man on the phone tried to convince me that they were sterile even though they were not in individually sealed packages. I'm not ignorant, I am a health care professional and KNOW the difference. He said he would send the correct ones that it would cost too much to ship the ones received back so to just keep them. They were never shipped. I have NEVER received the face masks either. I called again 2 weeks ago and spoke to "Si" who
