Have been waiting on a simple scooter part for 7 weeks, nobody answers the phone , no return call from customer service, Technicians own personal number which he gave us is never ever answered or message returned this place gets a -10 in everything

I have ordered from East Coast for years now, My last order came as a partial and it was unexpected. I emailed customer service with pictures of my order and I received an email back in about 2 days. They quickly sent out the remainder of my order express and everything was taken care of. Very few times do I have a great customer service experience like I had with East Coast Medical. They have a customer for life.
