This nursing facility is amaizing. My grandfather went to this facility and he came back stronger than he ever was. The therapy team was remarkable. Every resident there is treated like family by every staff member in the facility. Starting from the top down everything at Plaza Healthcare is great. You can't go wrong with sending a loved one here.

This place deserves no stars. I used to work here and it was the WORST job I ever had. Soooo disgusting and dirty, I’ve seen a couple of roaches while working there. Patients would walk around smelling like Urine. Zev (admin) is very disrespectful and a nasty person, he does not care about anyone but himself. Many visitors have threatened to call the state on the facility even a staff member. That place is a DUMP, I would NOT recommend you to bring your loved one into this facility.

I came here for an interview. The girl at the front desk was rude. She said the don was going to see me. She gave me a whole book to fill out. I did as I was told. They basically asked me for my life and I kept applying. Finally I was done I gave the application back to her. She just left my app at the desk with all my info which suggest they don’t care for your privacy or confidentiality. I sat there for another hour waiting . Everyone passing me by not saying a word. I notice the girl didn’t even touch my app. It was like they were trying to intimidate me to leave the person in the office

I am taking this opportunity to express my gratitude and thanks to all of the staff and Plaza Healthcare. I cannot say enough about the staff at Plaza. From the Administrator to housekeeping, they all contribute to the resident’s care. They treat the patients with respect and dignity. I have had 2 relatives at Plaza. Both of them felt very much at home and comfortable at this facility.

I would give Plaza Healthcare 5 stars. The best part about my stay at plaza was how much I have improved with physical therapy. The PT department was kind, hard working and did everything they could to help me improve my strength. They educated me and even gave me notes of how to continue my PT at home. The nurses were excellent and provided very good care and attention. I truly enjoyed the activities and parties at plaza. It kept me busy through out the day and I made many friends and had some good times. I would highly recommend plaza!

I give Plaza an A+. My stay here was excellent and I was treated very well. The staff was extremely helpful in every way. They were always there for me if I had any questions. The therapy was great and helped me get back to walking again. If I ever needed to come back I would be happy to come back to plaza.
