I am passionate about working with couples to help them learn how to confidently navigate conflict together, to understand each other on a deeper level and to strengthen their connection. This is important to me because when I first got married, I didn't have the skills and navigating arguments was DIFFICULT.
You VALUE your relationship and want to improve and strengthen the ways you communicate, navigate conflict and connect. Couples I work with notice feeling stuck in the same conflict loop over and over again. Maybe one of you shuts down and the other one gets frustrated and critical. Maybe both of you have shut down in frustration and hopelessness.
You are driven, busy, and successful in so many aspects of your life, but you find yourself feeling overwhelmed, exhausted and stuck in certain areas. You are juggling many things including relationships, family, friends, work and other responsibilities. You are managing it all, but have moments or periods of life transitions that feel overwhelming.
Research shows that the earlier you go into couples therapy, the higher your likelihood of having a positive and productive experience. It is EXCITING that you are considering devoting the time and energy now, and being proactive in caring for your relationship. In Premarital Therapy you can choose to either start with a Relationship Checkup or jump straight into Couples Therapy.

Each episode leaves you with three "work it" takeaways that you can discuss with your partner to make your marriage work just a little bit better. We are always looking for new stories and relationships to share and to learn from.
