I was on my way from north shore to my 9am appointment (hybrid full set) and I received a call at 8:06am that my appointment was canceled because my lash girl called in sick and wasn't feeling good the past few days. I planned this appointment 3 weeks in advance, so I am really disappointed. I was already 20 minutes away and I would have appreciated a 24 hour notice especially if she was feeling sick the past few days.

Made an appointment with Kim since my normal technician from another salon was on vacation and my lashes were in desperate need for a refill. Took a chance and went to see Kim, I was pleasantly surprised that my lashes look great and I paid less than my normal visit. I love my old tech but for the price and Pinky's Box being close to home I may have w to seriously think about switching over.

Took a chance and made my appointment online for this place. It was so easy and fast to book and you can even choose your lash tech.
I chose Kim since she had an 8:30a appointment available. Perfect time for me!
I walked in and was very impressed on how cozy and clean Pinky's was. Kim greeted me immediately and made me feel welcome.
Kim was very professional, friendly, and very quick with my lash refill...which I personally LOVE! Gives me more time to get on with my day.
I enjoyed my time there very much and I can't wait to be back.

I am new to the island and was looking for a lash artist, I already had lashes on and needed a fill so I made an appointment here... I didn't have the best customer service experience going in, my lash tech was friendly tho and sounded knowledgeable. I USE to do lash extensions myself so I know all the terminology, I told her I wanted to go a length shorter than I have and more natural so smaller fans... she told me she can do that etc etc. the lashing itself was good and comfortable, no pain or discomfort. What I didn't like was they don't clean your lashes beforehand... and then

I was looking for a last minute fill in the Waipio area and was able to get an appointment with JC. Booking was a breeze and I also advised them that I was pregnant and liked that they were able to do my service in a recliner chair rather than a table.
I told JC my lash map and style and she followed them to a T! What I love the most was the millimeter size of the extension that was used on my natural lash. I went to a previous salon that used a very thick size but her lashes were lightweight and the fans were wide. Loved it! Will def be coming back for a fill.

I live all the way in Kaimuki but I constantly come here to get my pampering done!
Creeland always does my lashes and i'm never disappointed. There are times when we just talk stories throughout the session and there was one time when I was just too tired to talk and fell asleep because he wasn't too harsh on my lashes.
As for waxing, I have an experience with Robyn and such a nice lady! I first felt uncomfortable and nervous because it's my first time waxing my armpits. But she was really good, got it all out with barely bleeding.

Okay ladies! I was frantically trying to get a lash appointment literally anywhere on a Friday to do it on the same day! Now if you, you know that damn near impossible if your trying to get quality, without going to a strangers home off of Instagram.
Called pinky's and they told me they would try to see if they could squeeze me in by having other appointments come sooner. Luckily they had a cancellation and was able to fit me in!

I'll still give this place a 5 star for phenomenal service. I've been coming to Creeland for over 3 years now and he still does amazing work, although he's gotten a lot more clients so it is hard to get an appointment (tip: book ahead!). His work has always been just as amazing and I appreciate the fact that he makes conversation during the service because I don't like to fall asleep. Although the prices SLIGHTLY went up, I will absolutely keep coming here. Overall, if you're thinking about which place to choose to get your lashes done the first time, this is the place

The entire team is PHENOMENAL!!! I saw Kim for eyelash extensions … amazing job! Great retention for my eyelashes and prices great for the quality I received. She came in on her day off to take care of me. I needed my lashes to be perfect for an event coming up! I had gotten a set that I wasn't completely happy with and as soon as I expressed that, the owners took immediate action to amend this. They gave me many options as to what I could do and offered a new set, and/or a complete refund. They handled it very professionally and I was thankful for that.
I'm very non-confrontational so the day I got my lashes done I still paid although I wasn't completely happy. After looking at my set over and over I really did not feel happy with it and so the next day I contacted them and they offered to help right away. Very professional!

I was a client on 4/2/21 there was a very angry person who came in demanding to talk with the owner. She was yelling the entire time. She was eventually moved to a back room behind closed doors where we could all still hear only this person. After what seemed to be an hour the lady was brought up to the front where she was offered a refund but she was not happy with a full refund instead she continued to yell at the owners. I never heard the owners yell back and they barely were able to talk to the woman because she would cut them off she was asked to leave after the full refund was offered and

I was there and witnessed how they treated a previous customer and I will not go there again. Apparently the customer had an issue with lashes and wanted it corrected... Something about discharge from a chemical falling in her eye and the lashes falling off. The OWNERS were very rude to her. They were very confrontational. The lady ended up calling the police to the business. I would've too. And this lady sounded like she was a regular! If that's how they treat their regulars, I do not want to go there again. What if an issue comes up. The customer was nice, but you can tell she was upset about

I’ve had a great experience with eyebrow threading here but the Brazilian wax not so much. No information given just lay down and wax rip we go. There was lots of hair left and no tips or helpful info for after care. I was very disappointed and will not be getting this service at this facility again.

I've been going to Pinky's for about a year now and I can say that 100% of the times I go, I am satisfied! The staff are all so nice and welcoming and the overall atmosphere is very relaxing. My first experience was my first time getting eyelash extensions and I don't plan on going anywhere else. They are doing a great job with following CDC guidelines and making sure temperatures are taken, masks are worn, hands are washed, and people are 6 feet apart. If you're debating on booking an appointment, do it quickly because time slots fill up fast! (They're just that good!

I love this place! I go every 3 weeks and I am super happy with the results every time. Kim is super flexible with what type/length of lashes I want. She is really talented!
The staff is super friendly, and the music is good too! They make sure to follow COVID safety requirements as well. I would recommend them to everyone!
