Cathy was so professional and detail-oriented. She will make sure to get the last strand of hair out so you leave her salon 100% satisfied. What I appreciated the most was her honesty. She doesn't try to sell you mor services or products. I would give her a 10 star if I could. Definitely will be going back to see her monthly.

I was searching for a new esthetician for a brazilian wax, since I usually have a tough time with ingrowns. Kathy did an incredible job, was meticulous and thorough, walking me through each step and putting me at ease immediately.

I'm accustomed to Cirepil wax, and Kathy offers various wax densities for each use case. Kathy explained which wax she was using for which area and why, cleaning up with tweezers as needed. I have never left a wax so clean! I had zero irritation and am looking forward to booking all my future appointments here.

Aunty Cathy was amazing! This was my first time getting a Brazilian wax/ Wax in general EVER! & she made the experience WONDERFUL & I will definitely be becoming her regular - she was very thorough and very clean and I love that when she talked to me she used my name, I didn't feel like just "another" customer.

Close to pain free I don't know how she does it but I was in-and-out quick and fairly pain free looks nice smooth very happy clean location right in downtown easy in easy out on the 13th floor if you like a Brazilian wax and are a baby when it comes to pain I suggest you try this place unfortunately with this transaction there will be no post of photographs on my Yelp review

Kathy is a very genuine and kind person, she's my go-to for a Brazilian waxing.

She'll go as far as to remove ingrown hairs and she'll use tweezers to pull out remaining hairs left behind. Her set-up includes a stand with a magnifying lens and lights so she can do a thorough job and remove everything.

I want to thank her for kindness.

Kathy is amazing. My first time getting full body wax and she calmly talked me through it and went as fast as possible with care! I know there are so many other waxing salons but why would I go elsewhere when the price is great and the friendliness is comforting. I've been 3 times now and the 2nd and 3rd time was a breeze!

This lady right here, i give her props, i really really do. She's pretty amazing, actually takes her time and looks at which way your hairs are growing so that she's pulling the hair out in the right direction. She's detailed patient and very nice. She's def got herself a client for as long as she's available. It is a bit pricey compared to other places I've gone to but def worth it.

I am so pleased I found Kathy and this cute little waxing salon in the Century Square building. It was her previous Yelp reviews that led me to finally book in for a Brazilian wax (had been avoiding it after a previous bad experience). She told me she'd been waxing for 20 years and the experience definitely shows. She is friendly, professional and quick. Highly recommend her!

I think I found my go to for waxing! I found this spot on yelp and I'm glad I listened to everyone's review and gave it a shot. The atmosphere was nice and cozy. I read many other positive reviews on Yelp prior to scheduling an appointment with Kathy, and the service definitely deserves 5 stars. She arrived a little late considering that I scheduled the appointment on a Sunday opening (but that's okay ). Also as a side note, if you're coming in on a Sunday, you'll have to remain at the lobby area and call Kathy to let you in (there's a security door and apparently, it's locked during weekends so THAT got me confused for a bit).

Ditto to all the previous reviews. I found Kathy in Yelp! Yeah and it's 100% accurate. I go to her for waxes and she's very thorough and efficient. She uses a combination of hard wax and the traditional sugar type. And ensures she's got literally everything down there complete with lighted magnifying glass and tweezers! LOL it's so convenient I walk there in my lunch breaks but if you are driving there's also parking in the building and shell validate. She's clean and quick and responsive.
