Excellent. Highly recommend Dr. Lanzetta. My husband broke his hearing aid and needed one by the following afternoon. I decided to take a chance and called Dr. Lanzetta because my husband wasn't happy with the last 2 places he went. Wow, what a difference! Aside from being friendly and personable, he's good at what he does. My husband got 2 hearing aids after other doctors told him his right ear was too impaired to help. Wrong. Dr. Frank treated me for ear wax. He was patient, kind, and really put me at ease having had a bad experience with an ENT years ago. I recommend him whole heartedly for annual hearing testing. Everyone should get a hearing test annually and you'd be lucky to see this doctor for the service!!! Thanks Dr. Frank!

Dr. Lanzetta has assisted my parents in obtaining the proper hearing aides to best address their hearing loss. He had taken the time to listen to their concerns about what was going on. He asked questions about their hearing based on places they would be, events they attend and the most important, when they are with family do they struggle to keep up with conversations. After the initial intake, he evaluated them and provided options that would best match their needs. I can't express my appreciation for the care that Dr. Lanzetta took with my parents.
