I had a great experience with Deborah Marcus. She evaluated my wife’s hearing loss and on the same day walk out with hearing aids. Now my wife’s hearing is much better and she can finally live a normal life. She explained in full detail about the hearing aids and even programed via Bluetooth so she can use It from her phone. Highly recommended (the receptionist is also attentive and helpful)- wound not regret seeing Deborah Marcus

-5yrs ago, my mom got a Starkey hearing aid
This year in :
- June: the plastic covering cracked and Debbie was able to replace the covering
- August: My mom had a stroke and collapsed. This completely shattered her hearing aid into multiple pieces while it was inside her ear (see the picture). She had to go to a specialist just to remove all the pieces trapped inside her ear.

Deborah Marcus is a wonderful and caring audiologist. Deborah is genuinely interested in improving her patients quality of life through improved hearing. She doesn’t rush you and takes as long as it takes to understand your unique case and finding just the right hearing aid for your situation. She especially has so much patience with the elderly. I highly recommend Deborah Marcus for hearing aids.

Both experiences I have had with my mother-in-law and recently my mother have been outstanding. Debbie Marcus takes her time to evaluate the hearing issues and help to resolve the problems. Deborah Marcus is a fantastic audiologist and provides phenomenal service. She takes the time to truly evaluate your hearing needs and addresses any concerns. She has patience, is caring and goes above and beyond to support the patient though the entire process (i.e. hearing tests, selecting hearing aids, dealing with insurance, etc.) resulting in customer satisfaction and optimum hearing! The Audiologist Debbie Marcus is an outstanding professional. Debbie takes her time to test you, and fit the best hearing aid for your hearing loss. Debby Marcus is the best audiologist I've ever encountered. Her attention to detail is excellent. She leaves no stone unturned when it comes to doing everthing possible to treat her patients.
