What do you do when a therapist is unable to control his or her emotions when providing parental guidance via SmartLove Family services? And takes one side when not knowing the full story of the family? What does a patient do when one spouse refuses to discuss his or her past behavior while working in therapy and this was accepted by the therapist? What if the spouse were emotionally abusive to the other spouse or to the child? But his or her behavior is not allowed to be discussed by the other spouse because he or she said they do not want to express their past behaviors during therapy and this

We have had a relative here for two years and the service started out good but has drifted into obscurity. We seldom get any report on our relative's progress. No goals were set or discussed. We never get any notice of important revelations during therapy or more importantly, no reports of what therapy or strategies were used. When we bring our relative to Smart Love, the therapist opens the door quickly, barely says hello and then disappears with our relative. When we see the director in the morning, she does not say hello but walks by swiftly and callously. We were promised quarterly

Smart Love Family Services is a truly remarkable place. The therapists at Smart Love care so much about their patients and strive to help an adult or child become their healthiest self. I have seen my children blossom in being able to regulate themselves much better and they have developed a sense of self-agency that lets them choose what's the best for them. Smart Love's approach is different in that the child truly has their own relationship with the therapist and you do not meet one-on-one regularly with the therapist.
