I've been renting from Watermolen for over almost 3 years now and I am still blown away by the way they manage their apartments. The apartment I have in of itself is an amazing deal and in great shape. They are friendly, always there to answer any questions I may have, and paying rent is an absolute breeze with their online portal. They really keep on maintenance with the place and are quick to fix any issues that may arise. Whenever I have a maintenance request they get it done either the same day or within a couple of days. For as long as I live in Green Bay I really don't want to rent from anyone
