I took in my favorite pair of Ariat boots with worn out rubber soles and heels with hopes of getting them replaced. I had previously had them repaired by another shop downtown that just glued on some rubber pieces. Well that repair didn't last very long at all. When I got into Shoe Repair Tailoring & More, I was helped immediately. The quote I was given was more than what I paid for the last repair, but it was 100% worth it. My boots look great and the new soles and heels are actually better than the ones that came on the boots when I first bought them because they allow for half sole and heel

Needed a pair of shoes modified for my 90 year old father. No standard shoes would fit his feet and lower leg orthodics (braces). The modifications made by this shop allowed my father to get his feet and braces into a new pair of shoes without assistence from anyone else. This allowed him to walk again and greatly improved his self esteem. The solution and craftsmanship was just what I was looking for. The cobbler was also very sensitive to the urgent need for a timely solution. I highly recommend this shoe repair shop.

I went in on a Friday at 5:45 w/a pair of boots that needed on heel tap replaced. I was worried that, at the late hour before closing for the weekend, I'd have to wait until Monday. I had plans for that night and really wanted to wear these boots! But the owner was there and couldn't have been more friendly, understanding, and professional. He explained he'd replace both heel taps, told me the cost, and said he'd start immediately. WOW!! It took no more than 15 mins., and he had also given me a complimentary polish on both boots!! Again, WOW!! This type of service is far too rare in the majority

I dropped off a brand new pair of cowboy boots that were never worn to have sole savers installed. The job was done in a little over 24 hours which was nice because I Was anxious to wear the boots. Better yet the work was exceptionally well done so that the sole savers looked as if they were installed at the boot maker. The folks in the shop were friendly and professional on the phone and in person. It was a great experience.
