Superb customer service! The bowling ball I purchased from this pro shop ended up getting damaged by the lane machine and a huge chunk of the ball was missing when it came back. One of the associates of this shop helped me to get a new ball in less than 10 minutes and facilitated the bowling alley paying for the replacement. Thank you!

My father and I both went, and bought two balls, from this wonderful pro shop. I just got into bowling, and I figured it'd be a good way, for my Dad, and I to spend time together. We have started to bowl on a regular basis when we're both off work. So we decided to get our own balls. As soon as we walked in both of us agreed that we had never been into a friendlier establishment in our lives. The customer service was astounding, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and they drilled my ball to perfection the very first time. We bowled right after, and both of our scores went up about 30 pins. 10/10

Carol and Donna have been extremely helpful. I have very limited knowledge of bowling equipment and bowling for that matter. They have helped me choose equipment and fitted me for two bowling balls, shoes and a bag.
They know their stuff, do great work, and they are very friendly and fun people to do business with. They have gone out of their way to help me. I trust them completely and feel privileged to have their help and support as a bowler.

I wanted a new bowling ball, and I chose this pro shop based on other Google reviews. I had a good feeling about this place when I saw a line forming at their front door waiting on them to open. I was extremely pleased with the entire experience. They watched me bowl, and then recommended a specific ball for me. Once the ball was drilled, they watched me bowl some more to make sure I was completely happy with my purchase. I highly recommend this shop.
