I brought my bike in to be serviced as it was beyond my skill level to repair. Matthew and his associate were very helpful in helping explain what work needed to be done and why. He also helped service/tweak a few issues that I was not aware of without a charge to make my ride a little better!
Another local bike shop quoted me over 2x what I was charged. Wish they serviced cars...;)
Nice used and new bikes on the floor as well. I will be back!

Great shop! On a coast to coast tour, I saw a broken spoke as I was coming into La Crosse. Wrench and Roll squeezed in a repair last minute. I usually work on my bikes myself, and I can tell that these guys do good work -- cleaned the cassette, put a little grease on the retaining ring and skewer, talc in the tire. They know what they're doing.

Absolutely astounding! Can’t believe how well I was treated there. They explain everything know what they’re doing, also gets your bike registered while you’re there! Can’t stress it enough, might be the best bike store i’ve ever been to.

Awesome local bike shop. I got a flat tire nearby today and they took my bike right away so I could get back on the road. Quality shop, they fixed up my husband's bike this spring and made it like new.

Fantastic experience! Owner and staff took there time to assist my wife and I with helping us find the right bike. Prices were reasonable and they offer some good deals if you buy your bike there.

Nathan and Matthew were unbelievably helpful and supportive in getting me and my wife back on our ebikes and on the area trails after we experienced difficulties with one of our bikes early on. They were professional and extremely knowledgeable about our options and made sure we were satisfied with the workmanship. A great experience for out of town visitors who were unfamiliar with the trails in terms of terrain, difficulty and scenery!!! Highly recommend.

Currently taking the bicycle maintenance classes for women. The atmosphere is very welcoming and encourages you to learn more no matter what your knowledge is at the beginning. Tools and parts are well explained and demonstrated. There is plenty of opportunity to then practice new skills, and become familiar with how these skills apply to your own bike. The class is worthwhile and Matthew is a very good, calm and helpful teacher.

I've purchased two bikes from W&R and it's the place to go for friendly, professional, low-pressure service--and reasonable deals. When shopping for used bikes, I prefer having two or three comparable bikes to choose from in one spot, instead of running all over town pursuing bikes on craigslist. That's what I get at W&R!

I always have questions, and Mathew always has answers! The Wrench & Roll is a blessing to our Little City, and to the folks that might not have $500.00 laying around for a brand new bicycle! There are new bikes, as well as used, on the sale floor. The Wrench & Roll also has fixture items, lights, other safety accessories on sale for reasonable pricing. I've purchased 2 wonderful used bikes from Mathew's shop, and several accessories for mine, and my kid's bikes. My older daughter got a great deal on a trade-in, and we will always love the Wrench & Roll! Great people, great store, great prices

This is a wonderful, comfortable bike shop, with an excellent selection of bikes (spring sale just about to begin) and accessories. Store owner Matthew is very personable as well as extremely knowledgable in all aspects of bicycling, maintenance and bike repair. He can repair and/or tune up your bike for a very reasonable price, or you can join… the collective and fix your own bike at the shop, with use of the tools there. Matthew has a great knowledge of all bikes. He has my bike operating beyond my expectations. One rider and one Gary Fisher Marlin in unison. He taught me how to properly maintain the bike and have it fit well. It greatly improved performance.

Matthew is an extremely helpful and knowledge bicycle enthusiast, professional and fun guy. If you need a bike he is the one to see. He will make sure you get the right bicycle for you.
