Very satisfied with these apartments. They are a great value and feel safe.
Pros:
- Nice location in a quiet neighborhood and across from a large park
- Fast maintenance
- Management is on site, and staff are helpful
- Very clean laundry room
- Large, grassy courtyard with a pool
- Residents are generally friendly and quiet
- Free covered parking
- Water, sewer, trash, hot water, and heat utilities are paid
- No pest issues - they spray every few months
- Lots of closet space
- Well maintained
- Ceiling fans in every room
Cons:
- No central A/C; just a window unit in the living room

I lived here for about two years it was the best choice I made. The rent is very reasonable and the area is very quiet and safe. I loved how convenient stores were around this area. The staff are amazing and do such a outstanding job when coming to maintenance issues everything always well kept. The office staff are always cheerful and helpful that is a plus in my book. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves a quiet neighborhood and reasonable prices for a cute, just right sized apt.☺️💕

I have lived in these apartments twice in the last 4 years, and I absolutely love living here. The rent is great and there is a surprising amount of space! While it is an older property, they are continually working to maintain and update it. What is even more important to me is how well they've taken care of me. The manager is one of of the most generous and caring people I have ever met. Everyone in the office is warm and welcoming. That's why I continued living here even when I started making enough to afford an "newer" apartment.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! The 1bdrm has lots of space and great lighting. Laundry facilities and courtyard are always clean and well kept. They also just re-did the parking lot and put in covered parking. But honestly, the best part is the staff! They are all so friendly, and Ms.Tammy is the most wonderful person you will ever meet! I 100% recommend living here!

I loved this place. The personal in the office are great. It a really quit place to live. close to a lot of stuff around. They work with you and they fix stuff fast when you call it in. Very nice people. I would leave here but I need to get a bigger place for my family. Its a great place for a couple our a single person. I would live here in a heart beat
