Things were bad from start to finish. The optician has terrible handwriting, so I had to get help from other employees to decipher my prescription before I left. I ordered new lenses for a pair of frames I already had, and they said they would call when they were ready. A week went by, and when I called, they said they would be ready the next day, and they would call me to let me know. That call never came. I called the following Monday and got the same story (they would be ready tomorrow and they would call), but again, they never called. Three days later, two weeks after I ordered my glasses

Great selection and a staff that knows the art of optometry. Purchases me second pair of prescription eyeglasses, the styles are very modern and the quality of the lens are high. Takes about a week to get your glasses but well worth it, they have an onsite lab that cuts the lens. I will continue to use Delray optical instead of the larger eye glass providers with kids running the store..

Awesome experience!!! Great selection, excellent customer service. My glasses only took a few days. I would definitely recommend this optical, they were very professional. Extremely thorough eye exam. They exceeded my expectations. Family owned and operated. The best part about it was they had a special the day I was there and I got a second pair FREE!!!
