Jennifer is the instructor of LiveWire Fitness and I have to tell you. She was hard on me when I took her boot camp at TMB. She did it with encouragement and made me feel as if I am the only individual working out one on one with her! I lost 8 pounds after my 1st bootcamp session. I also love the fact that she sends out emails daily with healthy recipes for us to all try out.
I can only tell you that if you're really serious about losing weight! Jennifer will guide you every step of the way.

I joined Livewire Fitness in June 2016. I typically change workout places often because j get bored of the same routine but I love boot camp and enjoy going! Getting up early is not easy but Livewire Fitness makes it worth it!! The workouts are fun and change each day so there is no chance of getting bored with the same routine. The trainers are great and really invest in your personal fitness goals! Livewire is not just a workout. It's a supportive group of people that I workout with, text to keep each other accountable and they have all become friends! I love Livewire!

I've been going to Livewire off & on (depending on my schedule) for over 5 years now. When I 1st started I was very intimidated but that changed quickly. Jennifer & her trainers give you the individual instruction you need to get through any workout. The sincerity of whole group wanting you to succeed is amazing. If you have any questions about exercise or nutrition they will answer it for you. Livewire also does challenges with healthy eating habits & they provide everything you need to succeed. Livewire fitness is a group of boot camp, fitness and running camp options offered by Jennifer Reid at livewirefit.com. I actually found them via Carpenter Rec Center in Plano and have taken 20+ am boot camp sessions. The sessions are challenging and leave me feeling strong and energized. Nothing like doing burpies, spider crawls, step ups and lifting weights to get going in the morning.

I've been attending both LiveWire Fitness boot camp and running club for 3+ years and absolutely love it! If you are looking for a family-like environment that is exactly what LiveWire Fitness is. This class rocks! Jennifer is great! The classes are challenging even after 9 months. She shifts her workouts on a regular basis which keeps it fresh and new. I started taking classes after a friend told me about this class. I wasn't sure I could commit to 5:30 in the morning. It is hard to get up but then I'm done with my workout for the day, nothing gets in the way and I feel great that I've done something for me.

This is definitely worth getting out of bed and attending!! Jennifer is a dynamic leader with creative workouts. You will burn calories, fat, lose inches and increase your core strength too. Another great component of this class is the other class members. You will have a whole new group of people who encourage you daily, wonder where you are when you miss and cheer you on to do your best. A great class!!
