I purchased the package of 6 laser hair removal sessions for the Brazilian. I've had 6 done already at a different medspa and decided to try out Fountain Laser Stockbridge for my next 6 sessions. My laser tech was Mariella and she was very friendly and welcoming!
The reason why I give a 4/5 is because the Brazilian at this location doesn't include ALL areas that are normally covered under a Brazilian (the entire front area and backside strip).

Tried to make an appointment during the middle of the week and was told that they were sending their technician home and wouldn't take my appointment. Next I tried to call and schedule and the mailbox was full. Terrible customer service. No idea how the services would be if they can't even answer their phones.

I went here for a consult and all I can say is that laser hair removal places are a dime a dozen nowadays. Avoid this place. So many better options out there. The owner is a male who is so rude and unprofessional. They are money hungry and if you need to cancel for any reason at all - get ready for a large cancellation fee. Also he tries to make you sign a stack of papers saying you won't sue him. I never encountered this before. I figure he gets sued a lot! I decided to get full body laser at laser logic and the service is much better and I don't feel nickled and dimed.

This place has poor costumer service and the staff gossips about customers there equipment does not work properly I was referred here by a friend I made an appointment for hair laser removal iv been here twice the receptions Darcey talked about her personal life and health issues while I waited in the waiting area as if we were the best of friends the young lady that did my laser felt the need to gossip about the customer before me and ask me personal questions about the friend who referred me to there office not professional at all to top things off the laser machine over heated both times I was

I was able to schedule and transfer my appointment over to this location from the Buckhead location. I went for my first appointment since Oct. 2014. I had a good experience with the technician. I can't wait to see the results for my second treatment for one area and fourth treatment from another. The wait was minimal and the technician was knowledgeable, friendly, apologetic for what happened at the Buckhead location, and she took time to analyze the treatment area from my prior treatments. This facility has the YAG laser unlike the other location in John's Creek.

I purchased an online deal to introduce me to The Fountain and I am glad I did! I have very fair skin and was red for about 2 days, but the laser results are amazing! Even after the first visit, the hair is already softer and lighter. The staff are personable, non-judgmental and make you feel comfortable. Will def be recommending the place to friends!

Had 6 treatments on my neck after purchasing a deal on groupon. Was definitely worth the money. My results were great and the sessions were super quick. I'd drive there and be in and out in 10-15 minutes. It's been a year since I've been and I only have to shave my neck like once a month now...pretty cool stuff

Loooooove this place! A year ago I saw a Groupon and after debating about it thought, "OK, I am NEVER gonna wish I had my underarm hair back." Sessions are super quick and easy, the staff is awesome and worked with me when I had to do last minute appointment changes because of my crazy travel schedule, and I love being able to throw a tank top on ANY time I want without having to double check and shave. Never had a single reaction, pain free afterwards, close to home...just awesome!! :)

The staff are amazing, Mark is very nice and not pushy at all. Seriously!They generate enough business where if you say "no" to more procedures he doesn't hassle you over it. Which is comforting and lets you know they have your personal interest in hand. The procedure I received was 6 treatments for my underarms. Everytime I was in and out in less than five minutes for both underarms. There is little to no pain and Kerri is very attentive and super, super, sweet. So why only 2 stars? I finished

If you're looking for a place with a state of the art laser to blast your hair follicles to kingdom come, The Fountain Laser Hair Removal is your place!!! I recently completed my third treatment (of 6) and couldn't be more pleased with the results. I literally have little to no hair grow back for the first 3-4 weeks after a treatment (they're spaced 6 weeks apart) and when it does grow back it's super fine and hardly visible.
