After a free consultation, your Laser Logic aesthetician will select from one of many of our compounded peel formulas to best improve the tone, texture and clarity of your skin. The peel will reduce or eliminate age spots, freckles, and hyperpigmentation (including melasma); soften lines and wrinkles; clear acne skin conditions; reduce or eliminate acne scars; and stimulate the production of collagen, for firmer, more youthful skin.
The new system we will be using is a Micro fractional collagen Stimulation system called Rejuvapen. The Rejuvapen uses 9 precisely spaced micro needles to create invisible, vertical, micro perforations into the epidermis and the top layer of the dermis. As a result, the skin shifts into natural repair mode and starts producing collagen and elastin to repair these micro-perforations.
After a skin analysis a facial will be designed using Dr. Spiller products to address your individual skin care needs from anti-aging to correcting acne prone skin. Let me say this company is unprofessional. I was lured to this company by a former employee. I use to get waxed and the girl she worked for this company and gave me a offer of 150 and I would have unlimited services large area laser Eventually the girl was fired and the company did not keep their word. They a stopped picking up the phone when I called. Horrible experience

I had 6 sessions for full body. According to online articles, this should be enough to see a difference. There equipment is horrible. You think hair is minimizing because you’re between treatments. But it really didn’t do anything. I stopped treatment and I have same amount of hair if not more. Another service provider I used had no issues.
Their staff is extremely rude. They won’t call or text to confirm appointment or remind you of appointment. They want you to forget so they can charge you.

I gave this establishment a two instead of one because the equipment that they use is functional and they meet the bare minimum requirements. However this company’s customer service leaves much to be desired.
My first issue with them is that some of their staff does not wear masks. One of the techs told me she doesn’t like wearing them because it makes her “uncomfortable”. That was concerning to me given the global pandemic. I should have decided never to return after that visit but I gave them one more try.
I was 12 minutes late to my next appointment. It was meant to start at 1:50.

Laser Logic and Beth (the owner) went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. Years ago my sister purchased a Groupon from here and I got pregnant soon after. I was able to utilize about 1/2 of my coupon, then I was no longer able to continue. They allowed me to return after the baby was born and I was finished breast feeding (I didn't want to take any chances). The process was hassle-free. Although I did not see any results the initial sessions upon my return, I continued to go.
Recently, I have stopped growing hair in this area and I actually did not have a need for the services

I am in treatment number 5 and I can see amazing results!! I hardly have to shave anymore and I come from an Italian background.
I always thought laser hair removal was out of my budget, but if you break down the package to how much you spend per visit, I was spending more than that per waxing treatment and that wasn't perminent nor did it lessen the hair appearance.
I highly recommend Laser Logic to anyone that asks!!

I would have liked to send an email complaint but could not find an email address so Instead I am writing my complaints here in the hope that the owners see them and make some changes.
I have been coming here over the past year and have had an average experience. Initially I was very pleased with my treatments but this has gone downhill. Today was the tipping point! I have different techs all the time and some are great, while others are hideous and cannot wait to get rid of you.
I got a call 1 hour before my appointment asking if I could come in earlier because they had some cancellations. Unfortunately

I have felt welcome every time I visit this location. The staff are very friendly.
The only problem I have is the location is this office itself is difficult to find inside of the office complex. Having a more prominent sign on the building may help. Aside from that the actual location on the north side of Atlanta is very distant for me, because I live on the south side. If Laser Logic had various locations around the city, it would be more accessible. I would get more done if an office were located closer to me.

I had my upper body done, neck to waist. Beth was my aesthetician.
I am dark skinned and used the YAG laser. I have had laser hair removal before and the laser used by Laser Logic was much more tolerable. I did not have any irritation afterwards and the pain level was very low. In the past, on my underarms and neck, I'd be flinching, yet this did not occur this go round.
Beth was very professional and made sure I was comfortable during the entire process. I highly recommend this facility.

Superb service, supper friendly and knowledgeable staff. I started with them over a yer a ago and have had great results, never a problem. They were always very flexible with my schedule and able to adjust to any changes. Needless to mention that they are way cheaper than most places. Kudos to this place!

Been going here for a year for laser hair removal and I am pretty happy. I will say that I am ideal candidate - very pale skin and dark hair. therefore no problems at all. they always run a groupon and price really can't be beat.
I also bought the groupon for a 90min massage and it was awesome! 5 stars for that.
The one negative about this business is that everywhere you turn you see gratuity signs. Major pressure to leave a hefty tip. Owner should pay workers a fair wage and not expect customers to compensate.

BURNED. . . that will be the title of this post. I went to a session recently and you might as well say my face was seared off.
LOCATION: New location in East Cobb, not too far from the previous place. The office is much bigger, it's located in the very back of the office plaza .

This is the third place that I have tried and I wish it was my first. I have had my back treated at two other places only to have it slowly come back. The first place had old technology was painful for the first few treatments. They got newer stuff before my treatments ended but were out of business when I needed a touch up. The second place had new stuff but a couple of years later I needed a touch up and it was $80. I figured for a little more than two treatments there I could be things done for good at Laser Logic.

I love this place!!! Super clean, friendly staff and that's a plus for me. The laser treatments are at a great price and the pain that people expect is not as bad as one may think. In the end, it's all worth it. I have olive skin tone and after about 5 underarm treatments I hardly get any hair at all. Well worth the time and money. Love, love, love.

I love this place! I saw the package deals on groupon at an amazing price but if you call them, they'll also honor the price in-house as well.
Heather was SO great and took the time to ask all the right questions and was very precise to make sure we got everything zapped since you have to come shaven.
Anyway, I've been to other laser hair removal places in the past (like ideal image) and laser logic has the top of the line machine - it's strong and hairs popped up out of my skin as soon as the laser beeped!
I plan on getting my full legs done too - they have really great deals
