Joe and Jim are fantastic. They helped me upgrade my PC from a FX 6300, GTX 950, and a old motherboard to a Ryzen 1600, ASRock motherboard, GTX 1060. The process took a full day and I was able to pick it up the next morning. It's nice to have them so close to my house and they were on the phone with me for problem solving (which was my doing). Joe is vary knowledgeable and gave me the run-around of everything. They both helped build my tower and Jim even had no problem carrying my PC case in and out of the shop (which is lovely by the way). I'm extremely satisfied with the build and will definitely

I'd like to highly recommend Joe at COI Computers in Glendale for your computer issues. Just used him twice in the last month - first to replace the hard drive on my laptop - and then to recover hundreds of photos I thought I'd lost forever from an SD card I accidentally reformatted. Pics were from a road trip I just did with my son whom I helped move to Denver, and more from the subsequent road trip I took through WY, UT, NV & CA. Joe did fantastic with helping build my tower. He was very knowledgeable and explained things well for someone like me who isn’t very tech savvy. Their work is amazing quality that is hard to find. If you need something built or have questions this is the place I’d recommend to novices and pros alike!

I just want to say that this is the first time in many years that my computer actually has ran flawlessly for over four or five months without having someone else work on it. Before going to COI computers I thought that I would have to spend another $1500-$2000 for a new computer. However this was not the case with COI.

Called the shop to do some basic troubleshooting on my gaming PC and spoke with Joe. Joe is very knowledgeable on everything I asked him about. Just from talking to Joe over the phone, I would rather go to COI Computers for anything PC/troubleshooting related, instead of Fry's Electronics. Joe was very personable and gave me confidence in what went wrong in my PC. Very glad I spoke with Joe today! Gave me peace of mind on my hardware

What a great experience. The two gentlemen who helped me were VERY knowledgeable and explained to me every step of the way what they will be doing and why they are doing it. They fixed my pc overnight and at a very reasonable price. 3 other PC shops / techs couldn't figure it out but they solved it instantly. 5/5 every day of the week for COI Computers. If you have a custom pc that needs repair or want one built you wont go wrong here.

Moved here from out of state and had computer equipment damaged in the move. COI was fantastic to work with when I needed repairs fast and didn't know anyone in town. The rates are inexpensive and they have a professional and informative way of providing customer service. I will continue to use them for my computer repair and will recommend them.
