Iphone Repair Norwalk

There were a few hiccups a long the way of having my phone repaired here.

I wanted the back of my S.O. iPhone XR glass replaced. I reached out on Yelp as it's my go-to to find any resources I needed. I was initially quoted a $65 flat rate. Which ended up being a $71.50 flat rate instead when including taxes. While I thought the that was a little deceiving, I still thought their prices were affordable and worth a little of the miscommunication.

The front and back of phone have been cracked forever and I found this place on yelp and decided to try it out. Anna did an amazing job and my phone looks brand new. Definitely recommend going here

Extremely quick service and very good prices. My charger port was broken and there was either a $55 option if it wasn't that bad or a $75 option. Mine ended up being the $55 option and they said it would take about 30 min. It probably only actually took around 15-20 min and my total (with tax) was $60. Not a scam at all, they know exactly what they are doing and provide great work and service for very good prices. They even gave me a complementary screen protector after repairing my charger port. 100% recommend.

I have a iphone 6S that i had them Replace the Battery, after it was replaced I started having Problems with this iPhone. Without even touching it, it would not get onto the Internet, I could not Communicate with other phone numbers, because the Audio was Garbled. This morning using mapquest, the Battery they Installed, with a Full-Charge, Failed after just two hours operation. I called them just now, and was told they were Not Responsible for anything but the amount of the Invoice! They have No-Remorse for THEIR ACTIONS! I now own a DEAD-IPHONE! I DO-NOT-RECOMEND ANYONE USE THE COMPANY'S SERVICE

Took my wife iPhone in for screen replacement and camera . Two days later no call. At the shop this lady said it Will take a week to fix it cause she has to order parts. I declined the repair. After minutes of going back and forth at the shop. The iPhone doesn’t even turn on. The phone worked when I took it in the screen had a hairline crack . Now I have to find a repair shop that can fix their mess .
‘This my response to the owner there was never no water damage. It was a cracked screen I brought in to be fix. In the process of your shop repairing the screen your tech fried the “back light”

I'm a strong believer of supporting local business's but I am sorry but this business completely ruined my phone.

I came here in the beginning of January to get my iPhone X screen replaced with an OEM part it took them a day to repair it because they were busy, and I didn't mind the wait.
When I picked up my phone it was locked so I had to completely restore my device so with that being said I wasn't able to check that my phone was working correctly.
I restored my device and I open up my selfie camera and its completely smudged, secondly my phone would keep on turning off

Very great prices and they fix your phone super fast. I ran over my phone and they were able to fix my very cracked and messed up phone with no problem I always recommend them to my family members!!!

Went to the vehicle registration location next door. Cost me 25 bucks for a service fee but saved my 3 or 4 hours at the Dmv. Well worth the fee to go here. I would recommend this place to any e transferring a title or doing their registration with a title change. 10 stars

I came in to fix my iPhone, there was another customer ahead of me after waiting about 20 minutes it was finally my turn. The employee says how can I help you? And I tell her my issue, (broken screen) like many of us come here for and she says ok I'll take a look at it but she sits down on her desk and begins fixing a phone.

While I'm standing there waiting for her to attend me she keeps saying one second and I can see her fixing someone else screen. I waited about 15 minutes for her to fix that screen and 10 more minutes of her explaining the price etc. Was in there for a total of

10/10! Honestly, this is going to be my new goto iphone repair store. I already told the owner that I break my phone screen often for some reason, but I never found the store where I was like "this is the one I will keep returning to".

I cracked the screen of my phone by accidentally dropping a full tapatio bottle on the left top corner. I went almost a week with it cracked until the screen got worse. I was still able to use my phone; however it would skip while watching YouTube videos & that was a no, no.

I sent this company (Guillermo replied) a quote request & got an explanation on why I needed the LCD screen replaced. Of course, I checked with other competitors to confirm this information & sure enough price & informacion coincided.

Really nice people and replaced my screen for the second time no questions asked. However, I am having trouble with my touch screen. It is frequently unresponsive making it difficult to type. Had to turn on the auto correct function otherwise I would be unable to use this phone. Also I am unable to make phone calls unless my phone is paired to a wireless device because there is an issue with the microphone. I was told by the employee that the screen replacement had nothing to do with the microphone but I've never had any issues with it prior to getting my screen replaced. Now I am super bummed

The lady was very nice and straightforward. Everything was really clear and direct and my screen for my iphone 7 plus was repaired incredibly fast. I recommend this place to anyone in need of getting their phone fixed.
