ESM Cellphone Repair

Came in to replace the screen on an old iPhone X. At first, it was going to take an hour. I told him that I was running late and he offered to see what he could do. It was MY problem, not his, but he got it done within 30 minutes and I got $10 off for checking in on Yelp. I hope I never need them again but I highly recommend ESM for the quality, price, and service.

Called this store after having a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE at UBreakIFix and was just blown away by the service and pricing, totally recommend this place!!!!

I walked in today concerned about my iPhone X screen. Alex was super helpful and gave me the rundown on pricing, even going so far as to imply my phone wasn’t in dire need of replaced parts. I will definitely be returning when the time comes for a repair!

Received 5 quotes ranging from $40-$60 to change a port on an iPhone and ESM was the only one not to quote a specific price, noting that the port might just need cleaning. I was suspect, thinking that they might just use this as an excuse to up sell me but lo and behold, 10 minutes after cleaning the port of, apparently, compacted lint, they returned my newly functioning phone and charged me nothing but a small nominal labor fee. Kudos for your honesty and professionalism!

Provided on the spot repair for water damaged phone. The screen was replaced and was brought back functional. Bought a case and received a discount. Thanks again will come back.

I took my phone to repair the cracked screen, they repaired my phone the same day. It took approximately 45mins to and hour, I was hoping for a faster repair since I had read some of the prior reviews. But I noticed they were busy because when I arrived there was a line and when picking up my phone there was a much longer line. The guys were nice and friendly. Reasonable price, same day repair and a screen protector included.

Very good experience. My phone was not charging the charging port had been "fried" ; bad charger evidently. Was concerned as I really didn't want to spend money on a new phone. It's an Android which I prefer can't justify a $1000+ phone. either. Brought it to these gentlemen and they said they felt that they could fix and THEY DID. It works fine, charges like it should. Should be good for a lot longer now without spending the rent money for a new phone. Hurrah!
30 day warranty as well.

Replaced the screen on my Moto Z4. Not a common phone or dissembly. They fixed it faster than estimated and it works great! Will definitely be back.

My iPad Air 2 was randomly shutting off and would not hold the charge when it rebooted. Luckily the workers were able to diagnose and fix my iPad (battery issue). Excellent services and correspondence and prompt updates from them. A+ work!

I dropped my phone and killed the screen. I Thought for sure I was going to have to buy a new iPhone because I couldn't even see the words on the phone; it wasn't only the glass that was broken - it seemed the electric components inside were damaged as well because the images blinked & rolled like an old TV without good cable. Lol
Anyway, the gentleman who helped me and the one who was there when I picked it up, just an hour later, were both polite, efficient, and helpful.

Excellent work done on my phone (LG, G8)!!! I cracked the screen but now it looks like new and the worker who fixed my phone was great too. Went the extra mile for me and placed the screen protector and case I had brought in on the phone.

My daughter's phone wasn't charging. Got on Yelp, searched and saw reviews. Sent a message and quick response. Took the the phone, good fast service and polite. Thank you

Atmosphere: Typical local business, but with COVID-19 we have to stand outside the building.

Service: Service is always great.

Tip: Make sure you read the hours, they open at 11am, also probably easier to get a quote on yelp before going and standing in the line? Just my preference. Other than that, a great place and reliable.

We took my wife's Samsung Galaxy 8S for a crack screen repair. Alex took good care of us. New screen and case was $215. He had a similar phone at the shop. He just switch all the components to that phone which had a good screen. $185 with a screen protector. My phone works great. I did not have to purchase one from Sprint who wants $685 to $995 for a Newer Galaxy Version. I highly recommend this place. They also repair and work on computers. They have my future business.

I needed a screen repair after dropping my iPhone 6s+ on the concrete. I was attended to right away. They repaired it for $60 and they even added a screen protector and a free port cleaning! It took about an hour, so not too bad of a wait.

This place is great, I'm always doing yard work in construction and my phone tends to get pretty messy. So I was having problems hearing people and other people hearing me on calls and it was starting to get more and more difficult to charge my phone so I figured I take it to these guys and see what they can do for me. My wife, on Saturday, had dropped her phone on its corner & cracked the crap out of it!! Went to the Apple store thinking it would be cheaper than an outside repair. Well, Apple wanted to sell us a new phone for $650.00. Sunday while wait for breakfast I went online & started looking for a repair shop. Turns out that EMS was around the corner from our house & was open on Sunday!! That was our first stop after eating for an estimate. $65.00 & 1 1/2 hrs later, my wife had her phone back & it looked better than new!

OMG! I absolutely love their customer service. I was in a bit of a bind since I was going out of town but they were able to fix my iPhone super quick and get me back on the road. They answered all the questions I had ( I'm a picky person) and even taught me a few things. I was in and out of the shop in about 45 minutes, they gave me a free tempered glass, some fun conversation and gave my phone a new lease on life. I'll always let people know this place is here...

My experience was exceeded beyond expectation! Alex the opened of iTalk wireless efficient, and quick. My phone was ran over on pch while I was in Malibu. I didn't even know I had lost my phone until I was back in Santa Monica. I checked my iPad located my iPhone through the app and found my phone on pch near topanga beach. It was ran over by cars and screen was cracked. Just under a $100 he fixed my screen, I bought the protected screen, and case. Work was done under 30 min or so.
