Have been living here for few weeks now. Absolutely amazing place + people. Specific shoutout to Ray, the on-call maintenance guy who came home to help us out in emergency maintenance request within 5 minutes which is really something!

We’ve stayed there for 4 years. It’s a great value apartment. Really liked the floor plan, convenient location, beautiful community and staffs. Saw many reviews about move out charge. But for us it’s super fair, only 400+ after 3 years stay. What can be added are ac, better heating, double level windows, better ant control. But considering the price comparing to nearby apartments, still think they deserve a 5 star!

We have been living in the Mission Point for the last 6 years, so I think I can identify myself as a 'Mission Pointe citizen' :) Great apartments, and part of my experience is the welcoming staff and friendly service personnel, and their prompt attention to issues. I have no complaints on that aspect. That said, I question my patronage once in Summer during heat waves and my wish for air condition units, and quickly forget it thereafter. Love the Seven Seas park across the apartment :)

Mission Pointe is by far one of the best communities in Sunnyvale. Their apartments have huge padio and the storage room is too spacious for words. Its relatively quite for most parts of the day. Additionally they have great amenities within the community. I highly recommend Mission Pointe to anyone who is looking to rent in Sunnyvale

Loved our time here at Mission Pointe. This place was our home for a year. Great community. Peaceful neighborhood. The leasing team members are kind, understanding and respond back to your requests within in a reasonable time frame, sometimes even beating expectations. Living room, master bedroom (with a very big walk in closet) and guest bathroom, and storage area in patio are huge.
Can't not talk about the amazing, friendly maintenance team members. Plus, maintenance issues are addressed in prompt manner. In-unit washer/dryer units are super useful.

It was a great time living in this lovely community. The community is beautiful, has decent amenities including swimming pools and tennis courts you might actually want to use. People living here are nice and kind, neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Maintenance requests were promptly dealt. All the maintenance and leasing team member were kind, I would like to thank Brenda for resolving my questions and requests in a timely manner :) They also returned my deposit after reasonable deduction for general after move-out cleaning.

I really like here. I looked at a lot of places and this place was by far the best place for the money. The leasing office woman are super helpful, they have printed documents for me, accepted a package for me, and gave me a light bulb (while offering to send someone to change it for me, haha). One of the property care guys helped me move a huge thing with his golf cart. I have a humongous porch with a storage closet, parking is ample, and it is so quiet here. People complain about not having AC, which I personally don't care about, but it can get warm. I would say the most important thing to me
