I reserved a taxi online for 6:15am because my car broke down the night before and received an email confirmation. They never showed. I needed to get to work as I work in the healthcare field and my patients rely on me to be there on time. I didn't bother to call because I needed to find another ride quick. They truly deserve no stars and I should have read the reviews beforehand. Terrible company.

If there was an option to give them 0 stars, I would. I made a point-to-point reservation to take me 2.93 miles. After 10 mins past reservation time, I called them. Even got an email confirmation. The dispatcher told me they were not Burnsville Taxi and they require 48 hrs notice before getting a taxi. They even said they never do email confirmations. Forget them.

Only call this company if you want to be highly disappointed. Burnsville Taxi, please reconsider your business strategy as it does not make your customers happy. Being put on hold only to be hung up on is not considered proper business etiquette. Anyone looking for a cab, do not call this number, you have been warned.

Avoid this company at all costs. Ordered a taxi the previous evening for a very early morning flight, they never showed up. After several calls they told me the order was in the system, then would disconnect, called back multiple times and was told the cab would be here in a minute. Needless to say, they never showed, had to wake a friend up very early to beg for a ride. Should have used Uber!

Beyond annoyed with this company. I called for a cab at 7pm, as I was to drunk to drive, the dispatcher assured me the cab would be there in an hour (8pm). It's now 10:15pm and I haven't heard ANYTHING from them. They don't have a moment to at least inform me if they are unavailable? Absolutely useless, I will turn anyone I can away from this "company"
