I had a wonderful experience with OC Home and Family. Beatriz was friendly and helpful throughout the process. She set up several interviews and every candidate was qualified and professional. They are so mindful of trust and safety and extensively background check each potential nanny. We chose a young woman who was able to start immediately with the schedule and hours we offered, and she has just been the perfect addition to our family and our special needs child. We've used OC Home & Family's services to locate a nanny for us twice now. Once for our 1 year old daughter (who is now 3 1/2) and again for our 5 month old triplets. We had a great experience with OC Home & Family. After explaining our needs to them, they sent out 3 highly qualified candidates right away. It was hard to think about leaving our 3 week old with a stranger, but they provide so much background and all of their nannies have years of experience. Whenever someone says they are looking for a nanny I tell them to not waste their time with care.com or other agencies and to go straight to OC Home &Family. I would have paid double for Araceli. Beatriz is amazing, listens to exactly what you want and sent us quality candidates for a FT nanny in our price range ASAP....which is exactly what you need when your current nanny informs you that she is moving out of state in a month. Beatriz is great! Very professional, and prompts. My needs keep changing, and she has been awesome, understanding and always eventually finds a good match for my family. One time she was out of the country and her ankle was broken she still manages to speak to me, also she has been available for me on weekends and after hours if I need her. I think the entire concept of headhunters for nannies is awesome. My wife and I were in a bind when our former nanny quit immediately before she was coming off maternity leave. We called Beatriz desperate and within 24 hours we had 5 interviews with potential nannies. We made a perhaps rushed choice who ended up not working out within 90 days and Beatriz happily sent us over new candidates one of which is our current nanny and we absolutely love her.
