This yoga studio is absolutely wonderful. Gretchen is so down-to-earth and is a true yoga teacher. Every one of her classes is like a master class. She fine-tunes her classes to meet the needs of each of the students there. I have learned so much by attending her classes regularly and have grown tremendously in my practice as a result of her thoughtful guidance. She's also downright hilarious! Hands down the best yoga teacher I have ever had.
I also appreciate how thoughtful Crossroads has been about COVID. They have done a wonderful job navigating this strange and uncertain time.
