Laurel Taxi Service

Don't waste your time with this taxi company! We had a resident from our property call to take a taxi home because he was unable to walk, the taxi man came into the leasing office, we explained to him what building to drive the resident too and asked if he could help with his belongings and he refused. Our resident confirmed he would pay him and the taxi man let the poor resident struggle down the steps and then drove off and ditched our resident who could hardly stand. This is the WORST taxi service ever. When we called back, he ignored the call. Believe the bad reviews. Heartless, selfish

Was told 45 minutes
Waited hour 20 minutes no show
Called back at 4:50 pm to cancell
Unacceptable service ,they should have called and given an updated eta
Standing outside Waiting is the pits
Good thing it wasn't freezing or 100 degrees

I requested a pickup and was told the driver would be there in 15 minutes. 23 minutes passed and I still had no ride. I called back and the dispatcher immediately said “it will be 20 minutes before driver gets there”. I never got a call back and just walked home. I’ll never recommend this service to anyone and I advise anyone to just use Uber or Lyft instead.

This is a service that cater to the Spanish speaking part of our community. It's also quick with a response if the person answering the phone don't speak English they will have someone else call you back that speak English. Give it a try.

They will not come if they feel the trip is not worth it. The worse part is they said they didn't have any drivers in my area for a 5-7 mile trip to the train station but once I changed the destination to 12-14 miles away, they had drivers in the area. Making Uber & Lyft look justified despite the privacy concerns.

When I have been in Maryland I used this taxi service in Laurel MD for my every ride. This service was very good. Drivers was very friendly and punctual. I will use this service again when I will be in Maryland

Called the day before for an 8:00 AM pickup as requested by the taxi company. It was a NO SHOW the next morning. No phone call from them. Plus, the charge would have been $15 for a mile and a half which I was willing to pay. Will never call them again.
Response to owner: I waited 20 minutes. Just how long should I have waited? Also, your phone numbers are rarely answered. I did call after about 15 minutes. Poorly run business.

I called and my phone got disconnected. I called back then I was called a Idiot by the owner. He verbally abused me. This company lacks patience, kindness, love and peace. I just cant believe you think its okay to call a potential loyal customer a IDIOT.

This is by far the worst cab service I have ever rode in! They don't have a meter so they just charge you whatever he feels, which isn't right because I was traveling 15 mins from my location and got charged double. Terrible customer service and I would never recommend or take this cab ever again!! Don't do it guys!

Laurel taxi is very friendly taxi service. We stuck on the road today and we called laurel taxi service, then driver came to pick me up and dropped me back very friendly and give me the jump start for my track. This is really best taxi service in laurel, Md.

I use this service on a regular basis and is very pleased with the excellent customer service and on time service provided to me. I highly recommend them to my family and friends.
