I'm leaving this review on their multiple pages just so people avoid them: I told the woman that answered what street I was on. I told her the apartment complex and what intersection and she insisted she needed an address. Clearly lazy and entitled and didn't want to work. If I tell you I don't know where I am at 5am and my phone is about to die-- but here is the two roads and apartment complex all you had to do was google. My Uber ride was $147 so she made the company lose around $200 since they charge way more than than the ride share apps do. I didn't deserve to get hung

Critical: Punctuality
Every time I book a Cab, there is never a Cab available before having to wait @ least an hour before getting a cab. If you do not want business and or not enough cabs available, why be in business in DC. Not good!

Driver wears mask around neck half the ride, not over face. When I call cab company to complain, they want my name, phone number, email, credit card # ... a 10-minute cab ride shouldn't have to risk COVID. Or identity theft.

This is ABSOLUTELY the #WORSE taxi service in DC... learned through HORRIBLE experiences with METRO ACCESS TAXI TRANSITE PROGRAM. Poor directional skills...INSIST ON TAKING VYOUR CARD IF USED AS PAYMENT. REFUSED TO CHANGE AMOUNT ON SCREEN TO $5 METRO ACCESS PROGRAM AMOUNT. DISPATCH SAYS "You should have paid cash anyway...."

I just got off the phone with the MOST unprofessional person I've ever encountered. This women has absolutely NO idea to handle incoming calls or even customers. For a second, I thought I had called a carry out in the worst of hoods.

I ordered a taxi the day before I needed one. I was assured that it would come at the appointed time. No show!
I called and the woman answering the phone said that they were still looking for a cab driver.
If you can't count on a taxi, what's the point of ordering one?

Had an early morning flight out of DCA and decided to use VIP cab to pre-arrange pick-up for a stress free ride at 4:30am. They never showed and dispatcher stated no one was on there way. Luckily an uber was nearby. Very disappointing.

I got a fraudulent charge on my credit card from this company while I was in California for the holidays. I called in to report the charge immediately - to both the company and my credit card. The representative told me to call back on Monday when the credit card services team would be in. My report wasn't taken seriously - the representative did not ask about when the charge was made, how much it was, or any other details to help pinpoint criminal actitivty. That's pretty complacent from my point of view. I would not recommend using this company as your personal information and overall safety

Last night after leaving my cell phone in a cab by mistake I called to immediately get my cell phone back, the driver told me I would need to give him $50 in order to get my cell phone back, after calling the main office I was told that I was lucky to get my cell phone back and that the drivers are contractors and are not part of the company. I am not sure what world we are living in but when you employ people contracted or not they are part of your company and extortion is theft. I am very upset with how this was handled and will be contacting the board to make a complaint and having my credit

I ordered a cab at 6 am. They told me 15-20 mins. I called back to check the status and was told they don't even have any cabs. They're still working on one to get to me. Basically it's 7:30 and a taxi has still not shown up and I'm late for work. I saw the reviews prior to ordering but figured I'd try anyway. This is no gassed up post. Don't use them. They won't show up. I'm currently looking into reporting the business Smh.

Best cab experience I had in 35 years! I ordered a cab from the DC VIP Cab APP and they showed up promptly with a clean car and professional driver. I had my mother and father along with me for dinner scheduled @ 7pm over at the Hamilton and we arrived 10 min early. Great Service!!!

Horrible experience. I ordered a cab for a ride to DCA, more than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup. The cab never showed up. When I called about 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup they told me that they "are working on my request". That is not acceptable if you want to catch a plane... never again VIP Cab DC.

There is nothing remarkable or exceptional about this cab company. The customer service is occasionally just above the operators or drivers treating you like a nuisance. If you have the option, use a bike, your legs, metro, a generous friend, or Uber instead.
