The Citris Grill has been an SLC favorite for many locals over the years. However, the quality of food and service during my most recent visit was extremely subpar. The sandwich I ordered was disappointing because it completely lacked flavor.
Meanwhile the side salad was not fresh and contained many pieces of old, wilted lettuce. Additionally, the service from the staff was also lackluster, as it was hard to flag down the waitress and she came by very infrequently. Unfortunately I will not be returning.

Citris Grill is the bomb! Incredibly affordable and tasty. The severs here are truly amazing too. So quick and sweet. We loved Michelle. You must get the spinach and artichoke dip ! Their soups are always great too. Just had the beefy mushroom one. Killer ! Tasty wine list . We love coming to celebrate birthdays here as well. They have private rooms for noisy families like mine.

I haven't been here for a while and decided to try it again since it been so long. Good has gone down drastically. I remember this place being soooo good, back when it was on 33rd south. The food this time around was pretty disgusting. Their pizza is laughable and their calamari was 100% frozen just moments before. It didn't even taste like calamari. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the live music.

So this place has the BEST black bean burger I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a black bean burger that has a flavor other than chipotle, this place has it. I added Swiss cheese to mine and I couldn’t have been more amazed. Avocado, cilantro aioli, with the Swiss on top of a perfectly tender Ciabatta bread has all the flavors and textures you could ever want in a sandwich. But the patty is where this sandwich’s light really shines. It’s perfectly toasted! The black beans are evenly blended! Extremely bland food 3 different burgers one was the specialty burger, the blue burger, shroom burger. They only reason one of us ate her burger totally was because she drenched it in gorgonzola dressing. I was comped my burger and the specialty burger was to shy to speak about how bad it was. The specialty burger was just a sliced apple, bre, and a bun. The meat patties were dry and not season at all. I do not recommend this place. The fries were also sub par no seasoning and just basic. The burger you see in the photos is the blue burger with the gorgonzola dressing and barely any grilled onions

I love citrus grills food, but I just walked in while the restaurant is near empty, was sat down given menus and continued to sit there without a server greeting us for 20 minutes. They stood by the bar making jokes. After the 20 minutes of no one greeting us I decided to leave. You think with a half empty restaurant on a Saturday night they would want to make some money. Extremely disappointed and upset with the service, the owner should be aware the servers are ruining his business.

Great service and delicious food! I ordered the crab and bacon Mac and cheese and it wasn't my favorite. That dish wouldn't be my first recommendation. However, our appetizer was delicious and after trying everyone else's dish i definitely give it five stars. Amazing burgers and delicious salads! I love how they have specialty dishes and I love the burger of the week.

So someone suggested this place and I was nervous because they only have 3 stars and the reviews weren't that great. Well I was pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious. They have an artichoke dip that is delicious. Way good. Must have. I then had their chicken and veggies and potatoes and that was really good. I was pretty happy with the food. The staff was nice and friendly. I will be going back.

OK it finally happened... I had a crappy meal in salt lake city Utah. My girlfriend ordered the house salad, which she asked what does it include... Waitress said "greens and some croutons" we counted two croutons on that salad. I don't even want to get into what my salad was, it was just not good. My avocado was brown.
We ordered their famous potato corn chowder... it was completely flavorless, if you look at my photo you can see I ate maybe half of it after adding 1 teaspoon of salt.

We have been going to Citris Grill for years, started back when they were located on 33rd South instead of this current location in Olympus Hills Mall. Nothing has really changed food-wise, same great menu of fresh and delicious items. I almost always get the Citris salad with salmon and my husband gets the black bean burger and we split the two. So delicious! Breakfast is also too-notch with unique and tasty offerings and don't even get me started on the bread pudding for dessert! And the prices haven't changed either. Very reasonable for the quality and portion size.

Very strange to enter the restaurant through the wait staff station. There is a very strong aroma of the grill, which is to be expected since it is The Citris Grill!
I didn’t care much for the ambiance, it felt cold and cluttered but, the service was good, friendly and casual.
Ample parking, wheelchair accessible, family friendly and there is a bar. Looks like they can accommodate larger parties.
I will return, mostly because the menu is so varied!
