WARNING !!!! DANGER!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. If i could give this establishment a minus zero star I would. Two weeks ago i purchased an electric scooter from this place. Already my back brake lights don't work. I called Moses the owner and he told me that my scooter does not have a brake light. I told him that my break light was working the day before. He kept insisting that i don't have a brake light. I asked him what was wrong with him. They approved a payment plan without paperwork, 1/2 now & 1/2 in2 weeks. Two days after purchase they stole it back & erased all evidence of the transaction.
When I reported it stolen to the shop, the shop owner, "Only First Name, David" only asked for their remaining payment, regardless that it was stolen & they still held the title. Camera surveillance in my complex didn't see anyone walk out with the scooter, it must have been in a truck. I reported to the police & They said they could do nothing without the title. But after I told the

This guy is a crook. sold me a brand new defective battery for my scooter and on 3 separatet occaaions he placed the blame on me claiming that it was my scooter that was defective not the battery he sold me.his solution was to leave the battery there to charge for hours and then return. each time the batt would only hold an 8volt charge essentially dead. it wasn't until i asked him if he was in yelp that he finally replaced the dead battery with another one claiming it was brand new, no box or paperwork which it clearly wasn't but at least worked. and not before cussing me

On june i bought a scooter with them , price is too high even i show him an amazon price ( yes amazon sell a scooter too ) but this guy told me that he already build the scooter ( with rudeless attitude ) and with amazon i need to build it my self ( really ?!? ) anyway i buy the scooter and HE SAID scooter with warranty .. ( so i feel peacefull ) but last week my scooter just stop working , i call this guy for warranty bit he said it s a part warranty and labor i need to pay ... They don't even deserve one star. They were completely rude!! I confirmed the price multiple times over the phone before I brought my scooter down. And when I came to pick it up they told me a completely different price. They main guy was so rude and accused me of being drunk (which I don't even drink) because I was upset about the situation. I will not recommend this place to anyone. They are completely unprofessional & have no idea how to communicate. I will never go back there. They over charged me $60 for a belt. Which should of only been 15. I paid 75 for nothing. They refused

I had my scooter stolen and needed a written estimate to give to the courts and he told me to go on computer and i could print it . well i get home, go to website and i had a 50cc with an 80 kit in it so i went to the service page and it had no prices for service except hourly price so i called him and he tells me i have to go into shop. yea i wont be dealing with him again. he is rude and not helpful at all
