Fairington doesn't have a good variety of ages and management is too restrictive. The only thing nice about Fairington is the maintenance department. If you're looking for somewhere to live where you can have as much freedom as possible, I would not recommend Fairington. It is geared more towards elderly, even though North Hampton is in a bad location and they don't have a good maintenance department people have more freedom there.
