Colleen M. Pratt was born and raised in Southern California and is an alumnus of Western State University College of Law where she graduated with Cum Laude honors. While at Western she was proud to be a member of the Women's Law Association, received nine American Jurisprudence awards, and was an editor of Law Review.
Aric N. Williams was born and raised in Northern California, where he attended UC Berkeley and played football as a wide receiver while earning two bachelor's degrees. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami, Florida where he also simultaneously obtained his Master's in Business Administration.
Michael D. Ainbinder is an alumnus of Southwestern University School of Law and has been assisting injured workers and consumers for nearly 45 years. During this period he has handled over 10,000 cases and has successfully argued before all tribunals including the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, Municipal and Superior Courts, California Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Wyoming.

I've gone to Pratt Williams for my husband's worker's compensation & also a foot injury that occurred with my mother at a nail salon. I actually switched from another lawyer to Colleen after a 7-month journey through workers' comp. Colleen explained every step of the process and within a few months, she had a deposition set up and I was very happy with my settlement. After about 6 months on Workmans Comp,The Attorney's finally got around to reading my Casework a few hours before my deposition. Prior to the deposition I was told by a A&P secretary to not contact them and I would be contacted if any information was needed.
The Case was settled without any help or advice from my attorney Josh. I wanted to entire ordeal to be over and I went ahead and took the first Offer. I would have been better off negotiating everything by myself as A&P did little to Nothing for me..

Collen -- You never met me, your associates made promises they could never deliver on, let opposing counsel delay litigating my case, cancel depositions, PQME in July of 2018, never once read my file and I gave you blocks of months when I was available for hearings, Depo's, PQME, etc. You threaten to drop my case, if I did not appear for these hearings. You did nothing to get my travel expenses paid for PQME, Deposition and traveled internationally on 3 occasions, for these events and then have the opposing Counsel cancel the depo. and the Doctor the PQME. As soon as she dismissed herself

I've been dealing with worker's comp for 4 years and I know I couldn't get the results with the awesome team of attorney Josh Herrer, Maliah & Naja. Last year I was injured on the job and truthful had no clue what to do or how I was going to do it. After searching around, I chose Ainbinder & Pratt to represent me for my case.
