Was contacted by Molly for a Office Assistant job and was asked to come in to hear more about it. A few days later, we met and had a pleasant talk. I trusted in her word. I would receive assistance in finding a job. Well, of course, position was not available after a week and was told they hired from within. Um, Ok.
So, I kept in touch to let them know I was available and was told, if I wanted to apply for positions with their agency I had to look on the career page and that they would no be able to help me. That helped me make up the decision to not contact them again. I was made to feel like

This agency found me on LinkedIn and conducted a phone "interview" before asking me to come in for an in-person interview. Looking back, I realize that the recruiter who reached out to me was obviously vetting people before they met the owner if the agency.
At NO POINT did I say that I was job-searching, only that I would consider new positions that offer career advancement. They claimed to have some interesting clients filling positions that I would generally be interested in.
After arriving, I spoke with the recruiter and the agency owner (?) who clearly knew nothing (at all) about

Wonderful, kind people who are constantly working for their clients. I had the pleasure of working out of the A360 office for several months and got to see their interactions with candidates firsthand. The team is professional, courteous, and diligent -- this includes Katherine's adorable dog, whom you will find sleeping somewhere in the office!
In summary: an excellent recruiting agency that attracts & matches top tech clients with top talent. I can only assume that any less positive reviews are from neither of those groups :)

Terrible experience. I moved from NC to SF, due to my husband's job, and needed help in finding a job as mine was not transferable. I first met with Andrew, who was very nice, and he took interest into what I was looking to do. I then met Katherine, the CEO, who was pretentious from the beginning. She had a judgmental look on her face and would look me up and down from time to time during the interview. When I told her my salary requirements, she basically laughed in my face and said that was impossible. Since I only had 5 years of work experience, I probably will not get more than 50/60K

I cannot thank Katherine and Andrew enough on helping me with a position and how to prep in the future for interviews. They were professional and responsive. I really appreciated how both of them took the time to coach me and comb through all the details to increase my chances of employment. I owe them a debt of gratitude.

Probably the worst recruiting firm in the Bay Area, if not the world. First of all, the name of the firm sounds really cheesy: agency 360. Reminds of Entertainment 720 from Parks and Recreation, and for those who have seen the show know how legit that company was. Second, the recruiter, Mallory West, made me drive all the way to San Francisco from San Jose for a 5 minute meeting. Took about four hours both ways in traffic. I also had to pay $10 for parking. During our meeting, all the jobs she had were crappy lowing paying ones. After, she doesn't get back to me for a week and ends up

IT DOESN'T EVEN WORTH SPENDING A MINUTE REPLYING THEIR EMAIL!
I received an email from them about meeting up and I did reply within an hour because I was so excited! After a few hours, I called in and left a voice message. It has been ONE MONTH now and she still did not give any response. So what's the point of asking me to schedule a meeting? Guys, just treat their email like SPAM and don't WASTE your time!

I went here expecting the worse after reading all these awful reviews. I truly believe it's a matter of who you get stuck with! I met with Alison today and she was very warm and friendly--she even asked me to come in after her email ended up in my SPAM and I didn't respond for a week.
The job she wanted to set me up with is 2 hours and 15 minutes away on public transport, so obviously it's a no-go for me (although it sounded like a great match). But I've worked with a bunch of different design placement agencies over the past 10 years, and sometimes they get you stuff, sometimes

If I could give them NO stars, I would. After being persistently recruited by this agency, they had me come in for an interview for what sounded like an ideal position. Turns out, there was no position available that fit what I was looking for. The recruiter kept going on and on about all these open positions she had available but didn't know which one she would submit me for. Finally, she decided I would be a great fit for a marketing/sales position at an interior decorating company (despite the fact my professional experience is in the medical field, I had no experience whatsoever in interior

Horrible. After being tricked to come in and interview for a position they posted on Craigslist (that was no longer available btw) I then had the worst experience ever in my life with a recruiter! Considering these people work on commission, WEEKS would go by with out hearing a word! I was doing all the research and contacting myself!
Enter the shrew. Katherine Eskandanian - Yee, CEO. Arrogant, RUDE, inappropriate, self absorbed, unprofessional, ATROCIOUS! After hounding this agency to contact a company (as they "insisted I did not contact companies myself"), I finally get an interview

Applied for a job there and got a call-back asking me which day of the week worked for an interview. So I told them Thursday or Friday. Applying for jobs IS a full-time job, and I already had interviews scheduled for that week and my own job on the side. They get back to me: Ok, so we are scheduling you for tomorrow, WEDNESDAY. So either the recruiter did not read my email or doesn't know the point of "being flexible" with my schedule. Sent up a red flag for me.

Although I have a ton of assistant experience, I foolishly went to law school and am now a lawyer who doesn't want to practice, so I know I'm difficult to place. Frankly, after interviewing with so many other recruiters who basically said nothing but "well, this JD on your resume looks bad. It's going to be hard to place you" (well, then why did you waste my time by calling me in just to say that?), I did not have high hopes for Agency 360. I was pleasantly surprised.
I applied to a position on craigslist and Danielle called me. We spoke and then she had me come in

I was very fortunate to have the best recruiter Sally on my side. Before I approached Agency360, I'd had experiences with 3 other agencies, one of them said that my level of experience really stood out that he was going to submit my resume to the two openings that he knew of, one week later I called back to follow up, he acted like he didn't know me and couldn't wait to hang up the phone. The other two made me go in to their offices only to tell me they didn't have suitable jobs for me. It was obvious that these people have no interest in getting you jobs, the random interviews

Several years ago I was looking for a career change and I responded to a job posting they had on Craigslist. One of the recruiters from Agency 360 reached out to me and we set up a time to meet. I was under the impression that I was interviewing for the position I applied for, however, when we met the recruiter informed me that job had already been filled and that goal of us meeting was to go over my resume and talk about what types of positions I was interested in. After talking for about 20 minutes, she (the recruiter) said that there were no jobs currently open that fit what I was looking for

First, please note that any reviews on recruiting agencies are going to be heavily influenced by the candidate's outcome. I was placed within a couple of weeks of my first interview at Agency 360, so naturally this is going to be rosier than someone who didn't get score an interview with a potential employer.
I came to Agency 360 while employed, looking to change my career path. This was one of 4 different agencies in the city I selected through referrals or personal research. Though I wasn't initially wowed by the job the opportunity they presented me, I took their advice

LOVE this staffing agency. Such a great group of bright, professional, hard working, energetic, respectful and friendly women. I've met everyone in their office and I can't say a bad thing about any of them. I worked primarily with Sally Shumaker and she was AWESOME. She was very knowledgeable on the market, a pro at prepping me for interviews, had great follow-through and to top it off she was super personable and had a great sense of humor, making me feel so relaxed in what can be a stressful and overwhelming time (job hunting). I was also really impressed by the quality of clients
