Services
Bill gained valuable industry experience and technical knowledge at W. Seitchik and Sons, a men's tailored clothing manufacturer in Philadelphia, In 1975, he became an Executive Search Consultant in Philadelphia. Bill's primary functions are business development and managing our research team. Bill is also responsible for managing the firm's sophisticated information systems.
There are several methods of operation within the personnel service industry. At one end of the scale there is the personnel agency which charges a fee to candidates and seeks to place them in a position. At the other end of the scale, is the retainer-paid search firm which receives a fee from a client company to research, identify and recruit candidates to fill specific needs within the client's organization.
Your fee is 35% of the hired individual's first year's guaranteed income. Isn't that high? Not for retained executive search. Many of our competitors, such as Korn Ferry for example, charge 30% or 33 1/3% of the first year's total compensation. So if a candidate is hired at $200,000 with a bonus and benefits calculated at $75,000, the 30% fee is $82,500.
