A year ago after looking around at other apartment complexes in the area I came to to The Grove Planation. They helped navigate this scary new terrain of living on my own. I'm grateful for the staff going the extra mile in making me feel safe and at home, even giving me a peephole early. Your maintenance team is always so friendly, courteous, and professional when they help me with issues I may have in my home. I never make me feel silly for asking questions, and they always help explain things to me when I ask.

I lived in apartment 233 a beautiful one bedroom. I loved that apartment. My neighbors are amazing. The apartment was well insulated. I couldn’t hear neighbors or any outside noise. My electricity bill was only around $60. I love living at this complex so much that I upgraded to a 2/2 and I love my new apartment. The staff here rocks. They are slow as friendly and host some really awesome events. The complex is clean and well maintained. They truly go out of their way to make it feel like home here.

I’ve toured here before, and I loved it! I’m a single mom, and the rent was very affordable and the location was perfect for me! I especially loved the floor plan with the den (small 1 bed, 1 bath with a small extra room). That would’ve been perfect for my son and me. The grounds are well-kept, and the office was super clean! The girls in the office were so inviting too! Just a wonderful atmosphere all around. I would have moved here, but I had to move out of town for work. If I ever move back to Lafayette, this is where I would live!

Hello everyone, i recently just moved here at the Grove and i have to say i LOVE IT HERE!!! Such a nice and quiet environment not to mention the AMAZING staff. My leasing agent was Andree’ and she was so helpful with everything. She was very understanding & made me feel at home! I’m glad i chose the grove as my new home!! Best place ever.❤️❤️

Been here about six months now and my family and I love it! For it to be a large complex it's pretty quiet. The only issue we had was our grill was stolen (really believe it was someone roaming the property) but honestly great place to live, great amenities, management is great, and you can't beat the location!
