Philadelphia Nursing Care
Trust - it's what you expect from a nursing home. Fairmount Long Term Care has operated the Philadelphia Nursing Home since 1994. It is an oasis in the heart of the city, providing the region's medically indigent with short- and long-term care in a comfortable, friendly environment. Contact us today for more information and a tour.

I started my career in 2007 and at every turning point in my career, my goals were to redefine and implement new organizational processes to streamline and improve residents and staff's wellbeing. With the collaborative effort of my staff, I excelled.
Services
The Philadelphia Nursing Home (PNH) cares for a broad range of adults (18 and over) with diverse needs. Our staff works closely with families, hospital discharge planners and community agencies to quickly admit residents and return them to the community if and when they are ready. Other residents make PNH their permanent home.
Family and friends are an important part of our residents' lives. That is why we encourage visitors. Suggested visiting hours are 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM, but we can be flexible to accommodate busy schedules. To make special visitation arrangements, please see the Nurse Manager of the floor you wish to visit.
My sister lived a difficult life but the eight years she spent at the Philadelphia Nursing Home were among the best of her life. The care and kindness the staff showed her was exemplary. Your social workers were always available to me and your nursing staff was a pleasure to observe. My stepdaughter has been under the care of the Philadelphia Nursing Home going on two years.
The ability to function physically is closely linked to a person's emotional and mental health. At PNH, we offer a full range of rehabilitation services and skilled nursing care to help residents regain and maintain their physical skills and confidence. This includes physical/occupational/speech therapy and restorative nursing.
Our staff of six full-time social workers have a combined 50+ years of experience helping residents and families with social and psychological issues they may have, including those related to admission, diagnosis, treatment and discharge planning. All residents are discharged from PNH with a follow-up medical appointment, and they are assisted in obtaining an adequate supply of medications.

This location is very nice if you need somewhere to send a loved one. the area of fair amount is also very nice you just got to make sure not to go on the other side of the wall where it gets very very sketchy. Keep up the good work I live across the street from this establishment and looks like they take good care of their patience. Keep up the good work.

Having had the opportunity to observe the nurses, doctors and staff at Fairmount, I can say with confidence that they are a compassionate and hard working team of professionals, quietly and patiently caring for their residents.

Avoid at all costs - will be nothing but headaches. Our daughter was in inpatient care and Millennium provided her prescriptions. She has great insurance as she is adopted with $0 copay's. But Millennium screwed up and won't bill her insurance as they should. Completely useless customer service. Rather than fix their billing error with insurance they sent to a collection agency.
