This used to be a great facility but now it’s just a business. Patients are ignored, family is not contacted when a concern arises, and those with long term, rest of their lives agreements are shipped to a hospital then refused readmittance. Then families are lied to. Very disappointing, deplorable care.

To be honest this place isn't that half bad. Foods good. Service is excellent. I've heard the pay for employees isn't that half bad. They're always making they're residents happy. Sure there's issues in every long term care facility but to be honest I think it's worth every penny to be a proud employee and to be more down to earth a mason of the Masonic home so I'm giving a four star because I know we can surpass anything if we try hard enough! Good luck for anyone out there. And we prove that we care. :D
