Overall things have been very good. Some of the staff was not very experienced in trach care. Also after being released from the hospital I had many appointments that needed to be made. I had my voice box removed and I am not able to speak. The administration has been very lapsed in scheduling appointments. I had told them when I arrived that I had two appointments already scheduled for months but I needed transportation. They did not believe me even though I showed them text messages from my doctor's office. Now I am unable to reschedule because the doctor is so booked up. One of the excuses I

We pulled my dad out of their as soon as we could. If you’ve read “One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest,” then you know what I’m talking about. The whole place had doctors swearing at the patients, and they made a ton of mistakes when assisting my dad. Would absolutely not reccomend, unless you’d grandpa cannot properly process thought.
The worst part is when the hospital reccomended physical therapy for my dad, they didn’t mention a thing about Greenleaf. As if the facility paid them to reccomend it.
Do not trust the positive reviews, it’s a nightmare. I do not believe the positive

If you care about your loved ones, be their advocate! The care given here is Okay(I've seen better and I've seen worse), but umm it could use some improvement. The administration seems to be totally out of touch with whats really going on there. It would be nice if they did more hands on helping so they could understand the conditions in which their staff works under, and the residents live under. They seemed to work short a lot, and if administration could hop on and be helpful, it would make a difference. Flu season is horrible there. I'm not quite sure why they make staff come in sick??? It

The folks at Greenleaf are so friendly. The staff do an excellent job of providing immediate attention to those who need assistance. My mother recently stayed at Greenleaf Nursing and Rehab Center for IV medication and rehab services, for a total of almost a month ½. It is the best rehab facility we've experienced. When I would visit my mother there was so much activity all around with patients in therapy and/or family visiting them. This would put my mind at ease. All the food was not the best, sadly. However, some meals were tasty, but it's the typical “nursing home” type of food. The rooms

This is THE WORST home! It should be shut down! I am getting my friend out of there ASAP! And i will make sure NONE of my friends or family members EVER step foot in that place! I would only put my worst enemy there to make them suffer! I can NOT believe u people get paid to treat the residents the way u do! U should b ashamed of yourself! Just remember Karma!

We’ve made a decision and decided to move my father here at Greenleaf Nursing Rehabilitation Center, because they offered a wide range of medical services, activities, and the long -term care options. The staff has been extremely caring and they really take the time to get to know you. However, Its an older building, but we didn't mind, because at the end of the day, its the care that matters!! Our father has been extremely happy and has made a lot of close friends. The building is well maintained, and close to where we currently live. I am very happy overall and I am happy we choose Greenleaf

There is little area for residents and family to visit outdoors together. The small outdoor spot is often filled with smokers. There are designated times for smoking but it often interferes. On this particular day we went outside in the parking lot but were forced to find a new location twice because staff were taking breaks inside their cars with engines running for I assume air conditioning. There should be a comfortable place for staff breaks. Though it has been difficult at times the people there are really trying hard to accommodate residents to the best of their ability.

We choose Greenleaf for my dad because it is near our home and heard they recently made some great changes. The food was great and the new renovations were amazing . The support staff, all the nurses, CNAs, everyone has really been helpful to me as far as paper work goes. Everyone is just great here, and I really like it. They have entertainment, games during the day, movies, and monthly birthday parties. They had bingo last night and it was great seeing everyone involved. I would recommend Greenleaf to anyone who asks me about them!!

Briarleaf worked a miracle for my grandmother. When she went in, she was so weak she could barely walk. Two other rehabilitation facilities were unable to help her despite months of care, but Briarleaf had her walking again in less than a month! It's two months later now and she's ready to go home.
It is not a fancy new facility, but it is staffed by the best people. They truly care and do good work.
