Mind Body Fit, Smithtown's premier Holistic Personal Trainer, uses a unique holistic approach to health and fitness. Exercise, Nutrition, Lifestyle and Stress Management are equally important to the balance and strength of ALL of the systems in the body. As a C.H.E.K. Certified Holistic Exercise Coach, I perform a Full Body Assessment, which allows me to customize a specific fitness program to address all of your unique needs.
I trained with Mike for several years and I believe he is one of the most experienced and committed trainers I've ever met. Mike helped me achieve my goals and made every session challenging and fun at the same time. His workouts go beyond the 30-60 minutes in the gym. I have had the pleasure of training with Mike for several years and he is one of the best trainers I have worked with.
