Progress Mobility LLC is a sham. This business has been conning and deceiving elderlies for a long time. My elderly handicapped father purchased a scooter and never saw the scooter. He was told it has been back ordered and they'll be happy to refund his money. It has been 3 months that they have not process that. At the beginning they said it'll take a week. Never saw the refund. Now the contact doesn't connect you to live person. Do not fall for this scam. They have been reported to State Justice Department and BBB.

I bought my 4 wheel design scooter May 2020 from Progress Mobility. The scooter arrived August 2020 and has been a complete disappointment. The batteries have to be "charged continually" in order to function properly. After numinous phone calls to the company nothing has been resolved. I would NOT recommend this company for your mobility issues.

0 stars Ordered a pride go go scooter from this company 3 or 4 years ago. I need batteries and a battery charger which I believe failed and overcharged the batteries. I understood it was most likely out of warranty which I already figured out. I called and wanted to order the parts. They told me they would have to start a warranty ticket and a representative would be in touch. Never heard from them, called back and spoke with someone about parts and he said parts would be delayed due the pandemic and I could be sure that he would take care of it for me since my wife needed it. I ordered a mobility scooter for my mother on July 19, 2021 for $2.483.97. By September 17, 2021, I still had not received it so we canceled the order. We have received an email from Progress Mobility that they have the cancellation request; however, it took a full month to finally get the refund. AVOID this sham of a company at all costs!!! I wish I could give this place zero stars.

I purchased a scooter from this company. The first time I attempted to move the scooter, the bar supporting the seat broke, sending me backwards onto a concrete surface. I contacted Progress Mobility multiple times in an attempt to resolve this matter. I spoke with customer service reps, and with the customer service supervisor. I requested a refund. They refused to issue a refund. After placing several calls to the company, I eventually received a replacement part –the wrong part (even though I described the part and sent photos of the damaged piece). If I could give it negative star, I would. I placed an order for a scooter in July. Website said it'll be in stock in 4 days and it'll be shipped in a couple days. After a couple weeks, nothing happened. No updates, no nothing. I called and threatened to cancel. A salesperson called back immediately and told me that they just received shipment of 100 scooters and mine will be shipped in a few days. Fast forward 2 months later, nothing. Placed an order August 1st, Website stated we would receive our order 3-5 business days.
1 week later I called the company and they stated what I ordered was on back order and it would be 6-8 weeks before they would receive it. I decided to cancel my order and requested a refund.
Update to today, I have not received a refund. I have called almost every other week and have spoken to multiple representatives. I received a call from a manager stating they have a meeting with the owner tomorrow to discuss refunds.

Beware!! I purchased a mobility scooter plus the extra 3 year in home service for $199, online from this company June, 2021 but never received the scooter due to it being returned to the warehouse because it was damaged during shipping. I decided to cancel the order. It's been over 3 months and still no refund. I placed an order for a medical bed on August 8th. No indication on the website that the bed was back ordered. I waited over a month for the bed, but had to cancel and order else where. I called every week but got the same response that it hasn't shipped yet. They said their website hasn't been updated to state that it was on back order, but "needed to be". I cancelled on Sept 13th, and I still haven't gotten a refund. Originally it was supposed to be 4-5 business days which is standard, but now we are going on 43 days! I ordered my chair back in July and received it yesterday. Yes, it was a long delay, but COVID is a real thing. I understood that it would take longer than usual, but look at the reviews of any other mobility service store right now and they all have the exact reviews. I am very happy with my new chair! Yes, it took awhile, like I said, but the company is not scamming anyone. Anytime I called to check the status, I was always greeted with a pleasant customer service representative. Progress Mobility web: progress mobility.com located at 1217 East Colonial Drive, Orlando, Florida is not good to do business with. I placed an Internet order July 29, 2021 for a scooter for
$1, 199.00. I called to confirm the arrival of the order and was informed the scooter would take 6 -to 8 weeks to arrive, rather than the 5-to 7 days quoted on their website. WORST COMPANY EVER. I placed an order 25 May 2021 for a EW-18 scooter. Since the EW scooters are made in the same state as I live, I thought it would be a breeze getting delivery within the 5-10 days. No lucky, Progressive continually gave me a run around about a delivery a date. I couldn't even get a receipt for the EW-18 scooter. I demanded a refund. They continued to ignore me until I threaten to go to BBB. No more threat I will notify BBB about this bogus company.
I finally got an email which says confirming a refund which has not materialised. I keep calling my credit card company.

Rudest people ever. I bought the scooter for my husband in February.. Was having trouble with the batteries not charging and getting very hot. I went up to get them to assist me. They said the batteries were 6 days out of warranty so there was nothing they would do. Even though I had called them 2 weeks prior and talked to them about it. I did not know the ladies name I spoke to, other than a woman with a British accent. She did tell me to charge the batteries for 14 hours and try again.
I went to Batteries plus to have them fix it and turned out the batteries are both bad, swollen up and ready

An order was placed at 2:45pm and called to cancel at 5:18PM same day. I was informed Customer Service is gone for the day and that they cannot cancel and to call back the next day. I also emailed at that same moment and same day. When I called to cancel the next day they said I'd be charge 4% cancellation when the order is not processed nor shipped. Website posted business hours 8AM to 10PM and no where does it say that you cannot cancel after 5PM or you'll be charged 4% cancellation fee. I was skeptical about purchasing the Snap n Go online, virtually sight unseen but I spent my $1600 with a promised upgrade to the deluxe seat and extended rapid charge battery...a savings of about $300

It took about 2 weeks to receive the scooter. The upgraded seat was not included so it had to be re-ordered and sent...that was another couple weeks.

Then I couldn't get the post off the bicycle seat that DID come with the unit. The post is what holds the seat in place, so they had to send me another one.

The handle that extends from the unit to use as a "dolly" carrier broke, and

The scooter's great, but the company isn't. A woman in Progress Mobility's' customer service dept. said the scooter would come in 3, easy-to-assemble pieces. Another rep stated that the rear attachment with which to hang a rollator would be included in the shipment, in its own box within the larger shipping box. Yet another sales rep assured me that the boxes would be delivered directly to my apartment.


First off, the shipping box was left at my condo complex's gatehouse. Progress Mobility didn't put special instructions on the invoice to deliver it directly

BUYERS BEWARE!
I wish I had read these reviews prior to purchasing anything from Progress Mobility, LLC. It seems their reputation for rudeness and lack of customer service is well documented.

I purchased an E-Wheels EW-29 Red Trike R29-479 from Progress Mobility, LLC for $1500 in July 2018.
I was so excited about this purchase. I received the Trike only to learn that the design is way different than a standard bicycle. The distance from the center of the seat to the center of the pedal apparatus is only approximately 5", where on a regular bike that distance is a little over double that

Progress Mobility is a dishonest company that is only concerned with their bottom line, and are willing to lie about their policies to protect it. They simply drop ship items from a major medical equipment supplier. You would do better ordering at Amazon. Anywhere else would be better than these guys. AVOID!
