Services
You may reserve your scooter by completing the following reservation form, or contact us directly to reserve your rental from 7 am to 8 pm (eastern standard time), seven days a week. I authorize a deposit equal to $25 USD plus local sales tax per scooter to be charged to my credit card and the final amount due 24-48 business banking hours before equipment rental begins.

If you are staying at a Walt Disney World hotel such as the Contemporary, Bay Lake Towers, Grand Floridian or Polynesian you can ride your scooter directly onto the monorail to travel to Magic Kingdom or Epcot. Other locations you can use the Disney bus transportation.
For EPCOT and Hollywood Studios, those staying at the Boardwalk, Yacht or Beach Club, Dolphin, or Swan resorts may utilize the boat system or the walkways to reach those theme parks and use bus transportation for all other areas.Old Key West has a pathway around the water to the Downtown Disney area and buses for all else.

We've rented through Scooter Vacations three previous times and have a forth scheduled for later this year. Previously twice while staying on property at Universal Studios and once at a Disney hotel. Every time the whole rental process was flawless. The scooter was delivered to our hotel before we arrived and was there waiting for us. When we were done, we just left it at the hotel where we picked it up from. That's it! So much cheaper then renting from the parks. One rental had a loose tail light cover, but we just kept it in the back pocket of the scooter chair. No big deal. And the

If I could give NO stars, I would. They promise 24 hour service and that they'll even come to the parks.

Mine broke down at midnight. Now REMEMBER, I'm renting this because I cannot walk.
The owner told me to push it back, myself. She wasn't coming to get it, wasn't sending anyone for it.
Then she sneered that it was funny the scooter broke down on my last day. I could hear her bedmate, whoever THAT was, spurring her on with his own snide comments.
Awful, terrible customer service AND no support.
Lucky there was a Disney rep there who pushed it for me, one

I'm had a very positive experience with this company and would absolutely rent from them on my next trip to Orlando. The scooter was delivered to my hotel door and picked up when I left. I had originally planned to give it back on Friday evening at 5pm and they let me keep it the extra night until checkout Saturday at no charge. The battery lasted all day at the parks and it was more compact and easy to maneuver than the Disney rentals at the parks.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I rented a scooter for my sons make a wish trip to Disney world and was treated so horribly and was so disrespected. The chair was ripped the handles bars were disgusting and torn it kept not wanting to turn on even tho it was fully charged. We had to call to have someone fix or replace it and I had to fix it myself with there repair guy on the phone cause they refused to do anything else. I was shamed for being a make a wish family. I will never deal with these people ever.

Do NOT use this company, you will get the run around trying to rent a scooter. They have an elaborate online reservation system, but make you call for a "code" before you can complete the reservation. When you attempt to get the code, they quote you a much higher price, then tell you the driver can't make it out to your location in time to get back to their "standard delivery area", then they recommend an entirely different company! TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!

Rented two scooters for my parents so their Disney World trip could be more enjoyable. From park open until close, they were they were living it up thanks to these scooters! Both delivery and pickup went smoothly, battery life was excellent and overall things went quite well. The scooters themselves were a little banged up and not every feature was usable. One headlight had a short but eventually worked, the neutral switch on one of them didn't work at all - but we still managed. The only good thing to says were the delivery drivers were pleasant. Based on that you can tell we met several. We went thru 3 scooters before we got to ones the worked sort of. The first one left for us had a completely flat tire. I am not sure how they even got it off the truck. We lost hours of our vacation because of their faulty equipment and they refused any compensation what so ever. Their phone staff was rude at best and they changed the turn in time after payment was final loosing us use for a full day. DO NOT USE.

Great company, great experience. I recommend this company highly. I called several months ago to make my reservation. The lady I spoke with asked me several questions to make sure I had the right scooter, not to try to upsell me. The scooter arrived promptly, and performed better than I had hoped. It was always loaded over 75% of capacity, ran all day long, and never went below about 60% charge. They make sure you have enough battery power for your size. If you are using this company make sure you are staying exclusively in Orlando Disney area as they will not travel. Our scooter broke mid-way through the week when we were an hour away from Orlando. They offered to replace it if I came back to Orlando but would not travel to me or give me a refund for the days I was not able to use the scooter.

If you are looking for good people to rent from this is where it's at! Great Service has a "Mom & Pop" feel but the scooters were great lasted all day and late into the night. Called late for assistance no problem they were right on it. They are first language English speakers so this helped a lot for us. Will use again.

My family used these losers for the first time about a week ago for my disabled mother. The scooter was dropped off at the wrong hotel and this business wasn't the least bit apologetic. They wouldn't even think about offering my disabled mother a partial refund their negligence had caused her.

On the first day of our vacation my husband slipped and broke his foot. I called and spoke to Daniel the following morning at 6:30 am. He had the scooter delivered right to my door by 8 am. The young man who delivered was very friendly and demonstrated how to use and assemble the chair. This is the only company that was able to provide a portable chair for my husband, who is a larger man. The price was better than most other rental companies and the chair was in great shape. The service was amazing and all staff was courteous. Thanks for saving our vacation!!
