If I could give 0 stars for customer service I absolutely would. The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service experience. Reserved a scooter online for my mother for when we are scheduled to be in Florida on vacation. Selected drop off and pickup time of 6pm as we have 2pm reservations on pickup day and will need to use scooter for that time. They call and tell us they will have to pickup at 4pm or earlier AFTER we already paid online with time and date. Explained that we absolutely needed it longer. Was offered for pickup between 5-5:30pm for which I replied I couldn’t guarantee we would be back by 5

We are so thankful for the help we received fro Florida Mobility Rentals. Our father needed the use of a wheelchair urgently due to the sudden onset of cancer. Samantha set us up immediately and was incredibly gracious and kind. We will definitely remember this company if we have need in the future.

We spent a week in Florida working and seeing the sights . My husband recently finished cancer treatment an needed a mobility scooter , we have never rented one before- let me first tell you this is a total nightmare at the parks . So after the first day of this race to get one ten min after they open an then having it moved an then missing we noticed people had rental signs on some so we started calling around . We found this place , what a breathe of fresh air! Michele was extremely informative and friendly, they picked it up from our airbnb the price difference is minor and nothing compared

This place had excellent customer service! Not only were they the most affordable from what I had found but they were also very kind and easy to work with. They dropped off the scooter to the first hotel I stayed at and picked up the scooter from the second hotel that we checked out from. The scooter was perfect for me! It was easy for me to load into my mini van with the help of one other person and I was able to see the places that I had wanted to see while I visited Orlando. I went to Seaworld and a huge storm came through. I tried to make my way out of the rain and somehow got into an accident
