AP Rentals far exceeded my expectations. My first time to WDW with seniors who would have difficulty with all the walking. James educated me on what I needed to ask the shuttle company to ensure we wouldn't have trouble transporting the scooters. The price was MUCH cheaper than renting scooters in the parks. Drop off and pick up of scooters was effortless. The scooter batteries lasted all day (10 hours plus). I will definitely use AP Rentals again.

I just got back from WDW and I had to use a scooter for the first time in my life. I made arrangements with AP Rentals a couple of weeks beforehand. It turned out to be the best decision I ever made. The customer service is fantastic. The scooter was awesome and never died or slowed down even after being out in the park and resorts all day/evening! The drop-off and pick-up was super convenient. Seriously all the way around - they simply were awesome! I know I have no basis of comparison, but if I need to rent a scooter again I will use no other service! I highly recommend Amusement Park Rentals

We were very pleased with the quality of the scooter we rented and the service provided by Amusement Park Rentals. I highly recommend this company if you are visiting in the Orlando area. My husband found it easy to operate and the freedom a scooter provided made Disney more accessible and enjoyable. Our grandchildren loved riding on grandpa's lap when their little legs got tired. I honestly don’t know why anyone would use any another company!! These guys are just awesome, customer service is top notch and the equipment is excellent. We have never had an issue with a scooter and even with a full day of the parks, my husband never has had a battery run down or even get close to running down. Our last trip I had messed up and needed the scooter a day earlier than I had originally booked. I called them panic stricken and was assured they would do their best to accommodate me and they did not disappoint. I would not have been upset if they couldn’t help me out because it

I recently rented 5 scooters from Amusement Park Rentals for a large family trip to Disney World. Since I needed such a large amount of scooters I was hesitant to take a chance that Disney World may not have enough scooters available for my family needs. Plus Disney has a policy that if you park hop you must return the Disney rented scooter at the original park and pick up a new one at the next park which is not guaranteed to be available. I therefore began looking into Scooter rental companies and I'm so glad I came across Amusement Park Rentals.

Our double stroller from Amusement Park Rentals was wonderful for Walt Disney World. We appreciated not having to deal with a stroller at the airport and the pick-up and return processes were simple. I was very impressed with James and his commitment to customer service. The stroller itself was very clean and in really good shape. My girls found it so comfortable that they each napped in it a few times during our vacation.

I rented a scooter from Amusement Park Rentals and want to express the wonderful service I was given. Was helped make my reservation correctly, did it on the computer and did not get receipt, they made sure I had a receipt. The scooter was delivered to hotel and picked up promptly. We were shown how to assemble the scooter. Turned it in 1 day early, and they helped crediting me. The scooter worked great. I would highly recommend this rental service.
