I have lived at the Pines for over five years. The management staff is very professional and personable and offer the best services and amenities. The management provided an elevated level of care and togetherness during the pandemic and continues to keep check on residents making sure of safety, health and wellbeing of all. A great place to live and a office team that is a 5-star.

I absolutely, just LOVE my townhome! The area is perfect. Steps away from walking trails and the beautiful pond where you can feed the ducks! It’s quiet, clean and I feel safe! The office staff, Diane and Debbie are unbeatable!!! You will not find better customer service, and this coming from someone in customer service!! Maintenance is fast and goes the extra mile to help! There aren’t word to express the amount to relief it is to finally find a place to “home”. Somewhere I plan on staying for a long time! Thank you, Mrs.Diane and Mrs. Debbie! This place is a hidden gem!!

I feel discriminated against, I keep receiving promotional emails from your apartments that are available for rent. But when they contact us, they reply that they don't have any apartment to rent until next year. I told two friends to contact you, interested in renting an apartment and they received the same response. It will be that our Hispanic surnames does not like the Manager.

This is, hands down, the best complex I have ever lived in, I plan to renew my lease repeatedly.You are in a prime location, within walking distance of shopping and other activities, as well as public transit. The units, are spacious, with crown molding, large bathrooms, a fireplace and plenty of storage. The pool is a work of art. The grounds are very well maintained. However, none of that matters if you don't have the right staff, but this complex does, Diane, is one of the most personable, knowledgeable, and professional management staff that I have ever had the honor and pleasure of meeting
