Love working with the Strategy team. We were able to efficiently enroll multiple businesses. Moda Health contracts with this broker but this relationship was never communicated. I had a plan selected on Moda's website but Moda passed me to the broker who selected a different plan, which contained unwanted terms. I tried to call the broker afterward but he was unable to really communicate a solution or explain plan details appropriately. In all, Moda Health should reconsider their relationship with this broker and rework their website to prevent my information from being funneled to external brokers.
